TINA has been there for me and has helped me by keeping me up to date with my balances and making sure that I know what's happening with my belongings. I wanted to comment on the great service from Alan at Publc Storage. We were on a waitlist for a specific unit and Alan was very proactive in following up with me when the unit became available and helping me through the process of reserving the unit. There are a lot of storage places out there. Great service by someone like Alan is a differentiator.

My experience with Public Storage started out rocky but Alan gave over 5 stars service. He went over and beyond of helping me get a storage size to fit my sons small car. He also was kind and patient enough to help me out when I could not get int the storage space. Instead of talking me through it he actually walked to where I was located to assist. This is what you call quality customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a clean and professionally ran location to store their property.
