Can't Go Wrong with this place, rented for years here. Only reason we left was because we moved out of Austin Area. Great place, great location, great customer service, very clean, easy access.

Not enough carts considering the place is huge.. and usually just one of the elevators works (I've only seen both working once!) Waiting for a cart is VERY annoying.. making multiple trips up and down the elevator is simply exhausting.

When I say the staff here is amazing that is an understatement. When I first made my reservation, Robin M called me to confirm. When I got to the leasing office she was so friendly and helpful. She made my experience so pleasant. And when I started moving my belongings in they was helpful even then. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Never have any rolling carts available and it’s super inconvenient. I’ve been 4 times in the last 3 weeks and there are never any available and I have too much to carry to the 3rd floor.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this public storage facility. The customer service that I've received from them, specifically from Robin M, has been absolutely wonderful. There have unfortunately been a handful of times during which I have had extenuating circumstances leading to me being unable to access my storage unit. This typically happened either after hours or right before closing time and she has always been more than willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that I was able to access my belongings and I am very grateful for the kindness and willingness on her part to make sure my storage needs were met. In Austin texas, this is where you want to be!!

They force you to add on the insurance. My online account doesnt work, which u must go online to remove it. That's a scam i dont need. My insurance is the best. I've tried to create an account and login on two different ocassions and can't even login because their site is broken. So basically that's a scam to require more money for the insurance I don't need.

“The Best Customer Service Ever!” About a year and a half ago I had a storage at PS on Owen Tech. One day as I was moving out I met a lady that worked there named Trena. The interaction wasn’t long however she appeared kind and anxious to help with any concerns we may have had. Here I am again needing another storage to store some things and when I thought of getting a storage unit she came to mind and I remembered the great service I received and wondered if she was still there. I went back to that storage unit and to my delight she was still there. This time she assisted me directly and went above and beyond my expectations. I had to stop and wonder if I provide that level of customer service. PS storage is lucky to have an employee like her and to me she is the perfect example of The Best Customer Service Ever!

Beware of this location!!!! I was lied too and they took my money. I ordered a storage and thought I may need an additional storage. I purchased another smaller unit and realized I didn’t need it. Right away I called 20 min after I purchased the unit. I pressed the option to speak with the manger of the property and spoke with Tyrone(not the manger!!!) who asked why the storage needed to be canceled and he confirmed it was canceled. I was still billed a few days later!!! After I called I spoke with Trina the actual manager she says they can only refund me $21 and they are keeping the other $40 for admin fees. Trina claims Tyrone doesn’t remember talking to me! How convent!! So I’m out $40 for a storage I rented for 20 min and was told was cancelled. This is so wrong I will never do business with public storage again and make sure I tell everyone about there shady practices and lying to customers

Staff is never on time, at least when I need them. They are supposed to open at 930am and I won't see anybody behind the counter 1-2 hours above their open time. When I first signed up in 2018 they had amazing people and their service fell by the time I took my stuff out in 2021.

Got a unit and moved my stuff into it a few weeks ago. Very simple process! I didn't have to speak with anyone. If you have the app you can use it to automatically open the locked doors and also to get up the elevators. Very neat! I did end up speaking with a very friendly lady who was working that morning. She was amazing and had the doors stay open for us to make the process THAT much smoother. I also asked her a few questions about the lock and the property. She was very knowledgeable and made me so happy to choose this storage location. Thank you!

Max is absolutely amazing! I had to change my move in a few times and wasn’t quite sure on what size unit I needed, she walked me through everything and answered any questions I could possibly have before I even had them- she also was kind enough to show me the unit sizes so I could choose.
