I can’t thank management enough. We had a family emergency and Richard went above and beyond to help my elderly parents get it figured out and meanwhile offered empathy. He didn’t have to go above and beyond to reassure us in a time of need but the kindness that he showed gave me faith in humanity. What a great person. Highly recommend.

He went above and beyond to make sure that j was comfortable even if it ment me closing my rental and that kind of customer service is outstanding and actually made me stay with my current rental agreement. He made sure that I was 100% comfortable and that really is what matters to me. To say that he catered to my needs would be and unstatement.i couldn't have asked for a better property manager. I don't even know where to start, honestly at first I was certainly hesitant due to the location being that this particular area isn't the best with quite a bit of crime. However, this place has gone above and beyond to help me and my fiancé because if this was any other storage place and trust me i know from experience that if you are late they are quick to lock you out and then your unit and then bye bye to all of your property. ELENA, more specifically has made this place feel like we don't have to look over our shoulder when we lock our unit at night like other places we have been in the passed sadly enough. It's refreshing to walk in and have someone recognize you and know your first name even though in the beginning she had only seen us once. So I can't stress enough we were thinking about changing locations with everything we have been going thru but because of HER we will be staying here for as long as we are in texas. Thank you again.

I like having 24 hour access to my storage unit. The manager takes great care of the property, and is very consistent with their rules!

went in to rent a unit and left with a 10 x 16 with first months rent free. they ate not like other places who say its free and then charge you so many extra fees it doesn't amount to much. I paid $54 total: $20 for admin fee" $14 for lock and $10 for moving paper to wrap glass, etc 24 hour access is also a big plus

Excelente lugar

They keep the outside cleared of litter. The 24 hour access is one of the few in Austin; I use it often. There are lights inside the units, which is helpful.
