plus he fixed it, where I cannot get out and leave after they go home from work at 6. So I'm locked in, it's called false imprisonment, because I am imprisoned where they decided I would be. Period in all of this, because I used their electricity and I even offered to pay for it, they wouldn't even let me use the water on the day that it was a 103. And I nearly died, this guy does not like old people. And that's exactly it, because there are 20 people living here that broke every rule in the book here, including storing dangerous materials. Most of them come in go all night, long smoking, their little weed.\n My unit was robbed last month. I didn't even bother applying for their insurance. Because they do not pay off on their insurance at all. They're owned by Tablet storage the last month.They cut my lock off at 8 days, not 30 to 48 days.He came into my storage unit.Not once bud, twice he came into my unit. Unplugged my refrigerator where the meat rotted. So the refrigerator was ruined. Then he came in again the other day when he cut my lock again for and put another lock on there in which he wasn't supposed to do this time. I filed elder abuse last time. But this time, I'm going to file false imprisonment, because it's just like him holding me hostage period and since he's making me stay in here, that means it's residential, he can't evict me overnight, they're going to have to file a full eviction. And by the way, if you buy any auctions from here you watch and see that you got what you paid for because they have peopleaking into them all the time, that's why they don't want people working here on premises, they like them gone. They like them remote, so nobody's seeing what the staff is doing. And that's only those 2 staff, the others are wonderful, I'll post some pictures and a video. And I not be harassed tomorrow, because I videotape, everything..
Chats do not recognise entry and answer machine does not recognise entry when prompted to talk to a live agent. I suppose to move in but I need to meet a real person to get access. I have to take a flight tomorrow and for the second day I am trying to get someone on the phone to arrange the meeting. The company runs by automative machines. And if the machines do not recognise my entry it is a stuck situation.

I can't say enough about the staff here I'm here a lot and they're wonderful. They listen they ask you if you need anything and I had an old past hate for Public Storage but this place has changed my mind

I have ONLY had this storage unit 3 months and every month my bill continues to go up. When you call the 1800 number it takes you to a VM answering service. When I call the diff number on the website I get the same answering machine service. As well as when I call the number given by that answering service for Customer service. Whenever I go in there is no one at the desk. So how am I supposed to talk to anyone or correct my bill if they've made it so you can't. I know im also not the only one with issues with this place as I've gone up to the office and seen notes taped to the door about the office being empty always. Do NOT use this place if u can avoid it

They are a good storage at a reasonable price
Do not use this company at all. I rented a space which I thought was for a year for $200 a month. It turns out they can arbitrarily raise your rent without any notice and if you’re on an auto bill situation, they’ll just put it through. So originally I was paying $200 a month now they are charging me $400 a month. Stay

My experience started off bad, I wasn't sure if I even wanted to start service here, but Stephanie at the location on N Lamar, and Mark with customer service really turned my experience around. 😊 We need more people like them in the world. Thank you guys so much.

Now that they are under new management, they have gone app on lint, and do not maintain the property at all, as well as have decreased the amount of time you have to access your unit.

As I was leaving a morbidly obese racist shouts "Your Billy Ray Cyrus." Which I can only assume was a racist remark as being white is the only thing Mr. Cyrus and I have in common and I was the only white person that had been on the property in the last 8 hours. And then he says dont hit my "bike" which I think he was referring to the little girl scooter in the middle of the corridor. The same type my daughter rides. But if you need meth this is a great place to go as they deal right out of the units. I wouldnt go after dark however.
Elizabeth is a storage goddess who helped me feel so welcome, understood and exited about using this facility. Full of information and warm smiles, Elizabeth makes this location a happy place to store my chaos.

I rented a unit everything was good, UNTIL, I went to get into my unit at night and I noticed, homeless people wandering the property! Not a good area to store things!
If you are going to buy in at auction unit
B-05 has USED CLOTHING From Walmart AND various USED Clothing Stores! What's in that unit is only worth about 35$ If Even So Consider This If Your Going To Buy That Unit And Try To Sell Clothing!

I don't even know where to start, honestly at first I was certainly hesitant due to the location being that this particular area isn't the best with quite a bit of crime. However, this place has gone above and beyond to help me and my fiancé because if this was any other storage place and trust me i know from experience that if you are late they are quick to lock you out and then your unit and then bye bye to all of your property. ELENA, more specifically has made this place feel like we don't have to look over our shoulder when we lock our unit at night like other places we have been in the passed sadly enough. It's refreshing to walk in and have someone recognize you and know your first name even though in the beginning she had only seen us once. So I can't stress enough we were thinking about changing locations with everything we have been going thru but because of HER we will be staying here for as long as we are in texas. Thank you again.

I like having 24 hour access to my storage unit. The manager takes great care of the property, and is very consistent with their rules!

Clean storage units
went in to rent a unit and left with a 10 x 16 with first months rent free. they ate not like other places who say its free and then charge you so many extra fees it doesn't amount to much. I paid $54 total: $20 for admin fee" $14 for lock and $10 for moving paper to wrap glass, etc 24 hour access is also a big plus

They keep the outside cleared of litter. The 24 hour access is one of the few in Austin; I use it often. There are lights inside the units, which is helpful.
