The service is good

Reasonable prices and convenient location to the interstate, public transportation, and DFW Airport. Ms. Donnetta ALWAYS goes above and beyond with her great customer service. There's been several times she's stayed on the phone with me until I fully understand the situation I'm inquiring about when it comes to the companies confusing (yet fair) billing policies. I've had 3 units and 1 transfer, so it's been quite the ordeal, but she is extremely knowledgeable in sorting through and explaining things. Ms. Donnetta never misses the opportunity to greet and socialize with tenants around the property with the utmost professionalism and kindness to make us feel welcome, and our belongings are well looked after. She sets the bar for customer service and seems like a huge asset to the face of the company in my experiences interacting with her.

OMG can you believe what the OWNER posted below??? is there a bot doing everything for them ... I state my camper was stolen and their response was thanks ... please don't use the storage facility ... they lack security and integrity ... SMH Our camper and other campers were stolen off their lot ... their gate was broken for 3 weeks and during this time thieves were busy .... I left my original review so people can see how something can go from sugar to chit >>> this was my original post ...>>>>>........ Came to look at a spot for our camper and left knowing we were in good hands ...Michelle is awesome she took such good care of us .... We will recommend this spot to everyone

Update: Manager at the location reached out to me to let me know they will keep my rent at $143 for additional 3 months. Does not change how I feel about the massive increases in rent here, but at least an effort was made and I understand not her call on the increases. Will still relocate unless something more permanent is worked out. I understand increases, but an increase of around 85% in less than 12 months is ridiculous. Nice place, clean units. Rates are pretty good, but only when you move in! Rented a unit for $106/mo in Sept 2023. February the rent goes to $143/mo. July got notice going to $191/mo. If I am new and want to rent the same unit? $77. Call the 800 number...automated menu, no option to get a live person. Try online chat - agents are not available. Chat support is open till 6pm PST, it is 643pm CST, sooo....Called the location a few times...nada. Will be putting in notice to vacate, this is a ripoff.

Donetta from a nearby location helped me out immensely with such efficiency and kindness. She literally had to be in two places at once. She went above and beyond to get me in my unit . Later she transferred me to smaller unit and saved me money in numerous ways where it could have easily been missed. She always has a smile and genuine care she gives. Outstanding!
