I have rented from this facility for a few months and have had a great experience so far! One month I had a small balance that was leftover and they called to make sure I made a payment before any late fees accrued. They also let me know when my unit was improperly locked so that I could go down to secure it. Its nice to know they are keeping an eye on things!
Easy access, good customer service. I didn't like that a lock purchase was automatically added to my reservation, however after showing my lock to the person working behind the counter, I was refunded for the lock.
I called and tried to rent 2 large spaces and could not get an answer as to where the actual spaces were located in the building. The gentleman was not helpful on the phone at all.

The storage manager, Angela, was wonderful to work with. Angela even took time to help us move some of our items to our car, on top of helping more than 10 individual moving teams with their own projects. *updated review- I changed from 5 to 3 stars based on the condition of the building, not the employees that work there. The manager that helped me, Jody, was fantastic, other customer service was great. Kept my things there less than 6 months, due to broken elevators and doors which kept me from accessing my belongings during my move. PS then increased the rent even though I couldn't access my belongings. Doors were constantly broken from customers who don't know how to operate elevators and don't know how to drive large trucks.
This is our first time to use a storage facility in our 40 years of marriage. The Celina location is very convenient and easy to get in and out of. Angelia went above what was expected. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend Angelia and her location.

Hands down one of the best storage facilities I've ever had. Angela went above and beyond to help me with my move in. It's definitely great to have someone so friendly and attentive that covered everything for me that I didn't even think I needed to start with. She even helped put my carts back for me. The whole facility is so well kept and the temperature was perfect especially when I was moving on a cold day. Thank you Angela for going above and beyond to make this one less thing I had to stress about. Look forward to working with you again!

I really hate writing bad reviews, because I never want to jeopardize a persons job but I feel in my heart I must give this feedback.
I had two bad experiences with Jody. When I first set up the meeting she was catching an attitude with me. I thought she was just having a bad day.
But at our actual meeting to look at the storage unit. She accused me of trying to sell items from my storage unit. I told her work with dental professionals and will have product samples but do not sell items from my storage unit. and She accused me again. Then when I told her I did appreciate her comments she yelled “I’m JUST DOING MY JOB” 4 times. I asked her to lower her voice when and she said it was the echoing of the facility. She then told me she wasn’t showing me the unit. Also did I mention I am pregnant?!? why would you be aggressive to a pregnant lady?
So I told her I really needed to see it to make a decision. So she finally showed it to me. It was perfect. But I could not sign up knowing she was the manager and that I would have to deal with her long term.
Jody if you read this know that I really hope you can find a place in your heart to control your anger and provide great customer service. Yelling at people for no reason will never get you new business. My baby and I forgive you but please adjust your attitude.
Kelly helped me at the frontier location. I had a mix up with trying to transfer units in a short time and she picked up the phone and worked with me and even gave me credit due to the lack of communication (not on her part). Kelly is awesome! Thank you so much for all your help. Moving is stressful and Kelly took one less thing off my plate.

It is truly refreshing to know that the same phenomenal customer service by Jody at Public Storage in Celina is still the same as when I first rented my unit almost a year ago. Even when one or both elevators are not working, there are not enough carts to use, someone left a mess to be cleaned up, etc., Jody remains the shining light of helpfulness and calm. If I could give more than 5 stars for her I absolutely would.
If I were to pick the perfect customer service representative it would be Jody at Public Storage on Frontier in Celina, Tx. I rented my unit online and it selected me a unit far from an elevator; however, I needed in a unit close to an elevator and Jody helped me achieve that. I explained my need for a closer unit and she was more than happy to help. Jody is very friendly, easy to talk with, and excellent in her explanations as to procedures when entering the facility.

We made a reservation at this location for a large climate controlled unit. They telephoned me several days beforehand and asked when I would pay. I said I would pay on the date of my reservation, as indicated when I made it. I wanted to see it in person first to ensure that it met my needs. They then advised me that it might be gone as reservations don’t keep if someone else pays first. They said they called as s courtesy because another woman had just called and might pay for it before my reservation date (which was 3 days away) and then it would be gone. They were nice over the phone and we are moving and needed to secure a space, so I paid. I should have known better. The email confirmation I received after paying for my reservation did not match what I reserved. It did not indicate it was climate controlled. Concerned, I asked my husband to visit the next day to ensure that it was what I reserved. It wasn’t. It was not climate controlled so he simply asked for a refund. The man at the desk said he would have to get the manager. The woman who came out was rude and insulting. She kept reading the contract over and again to my husband - who is a patient and tolerant man. He advised after several readings that he did not need it read again as he and I are both attorneys and we can read contracts ourselves. He then explained that this was not what I had contracted for so it was void - since it was not climate controlled and again, asked for a refund. We never even took possession of it and I had made it clear by phone that I needed a climate controlled unit. We only paid for it less than 24 hours before and never received an access code or any access other than when he showed up to see if it was what I had reserved. The manager became verbally abusive to him and kept reiterating that she had a signed contract and we were stuck with it but she would give us another unit (that wasn’t same size and not in ground floor so nothing like what I wanted) and my husband told her he couldn’t trust her as far as he could throw her and he simply wanted a refund. She then accused him of making a physical threat because he used a well known idiom. At this point, he asked her to contact the police. She refused. He left. Because that is what you do when you’re met with crazy people. How she is the face of this business is astounding. I then called “customer service” and was also told that they had a signed contract and that was it. We could pay that first month and the lock fee and we would get no refund. How does a place like this stay in business?? We will never use Public Storage again and I will steer everyone I meet away from this horrible location.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The lady JODY was just very rude and disrespectful.
I just had a call with Jody and I was trying to get some information on how to remove the insurance on my account. We had a miscommunication but the way she handled it was completely outrageous. Jody was completely disrespectful, rude, and spoke to me in a very nasty tone. She was completely unprofessional and had a complete attitude. For some reason she didn't think that her frustration and irritation with me was going to come across on the call but it did and I called her out on it. The miscommunication came from her not asking me if I even had a unit and then she just blamed it on me saying that I told her I was stuck on the renters insurance when I didn't even tell her that. If this place expects to keep my business I suggest they advise Jody to check her attitude when she's talking to customers. I give them my money, they are getting my business and they better start showing more respect before I take my business elsewhere.

Beware Public Storage will get you to sign at a teaser rate and then after a few months drastically drastically raise rent with no control. I understand that this problem is at a corporate level, Jody who is the property manager at this particular location is phenomenal and very kind. I would take your business elsewhere unless you want the constant rent increase.

The hours shown on the website do not reflect the actual hours someone is in the office. I’ve driven to this office 3 times to return a lock for a refund and no one has been in the office and the doors to the office is locked, during hours they should be open. This is frustrating especially when you call and all you get is a voicemail.
Edit: Jody, the property manager, returned my call immediately and explained that she’s on site but not always in the office. She was very helpful and took care of me same day.

The property Manager Jody is always around the property doing something. If it's picking up trash or just attending to people with questions about the lot. I go in every Sunday to store or pick up things from my space and she is always there with a smile if I ever need anything.

The woman sitting at the front desk is so disrespectful. Short hair, blonde, glasses. She treated me with so much disregard and wouldn’t even tell me the sizes she has. I told her “I forgot the sizes could you tell me what you gave” she said “we have many sizes.” And I said “may I have the size under 10x25” and she said “that’s all of them.”
Like? She needs to be let go. Her tone was so distinctly rude. I’ll try again when someone else is working. Location is good but her attitude was shocking.
As a business owner it’s hard to want to bring my product here when they have staff like this.

Was difficult to get ahold of someone but once we did, Jody was fabulous to work with and helped us with everything we needed.
We are a business with 2 accounts adding another. I will rate the on site manager a 5, as she provides an awesome experience. HOWEVER, I rate a 3-4 for behind the scenes management - I hope they will listen and improve their technology (internet not consistent), thus making customer relations a sore point -- It would be most beneficial to customers to have an onsite phone number and email vs having to go through an 800 number and not have a response in a timely manner and no follow up. This was a problem we had before they changed names from ALL STORAGE, so it is something they need to look at.
We just rented a unit today and Jody was very helpful. The computer system was a bit slow, but this was not her fault. Jody was easy to work with and showed us the three units we wanted to see. The facility seems very clean and maintained.

This was the easiest part of moving! I simply went online at my convenience, scheduled when I wanted my rental to start and even set up autopay. The property manager, Jody, had already taken care of everything for me prior to me ever setting foot on the property! They took care of the unit even having a lock, which hadn't occurred to me in the circumstances my move. The unit was clean, well lit, offered trollies for moving items and had excellent safety standards as well as security. I saw employees routinely performing maintenance during drop-off or pick-up of storing items and I never had issue getting in when I needed or wanted to. To make things even easier, when I no longer needed my unit, I simply let Jody know and everything was handled via email. Moving can be extremely stressful and hectic, but this was the easiest and most streamlined aspect of it.

There was a great promotion from the rental insurance also. But the online automatically charged for a lock... I asked Jodi when I got to property, and she said she could refund the lock, fee, no problem! (FYI, this property only uses the disc locks). Jodi took the time to thoroughly explain how to get in and out of this unique building, and I'm so glad she did, because I would have been lost otherwise! Thanks so much Jodi!

The facility is really clean and the layout is perfect for accessing storage. I really love the drive in bay. The manager Jody was very friendly. She helped us make sure we were getting into the right size and answered all our questions.
The manager Jody was amazing to work with. Upon move in, she realized that I had units in two separate floors and swapped them over to the same floor. The facility is spotless. Super impressed by the facility and the customer service from Jody.

Jody was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to find us two units close together. She answered all our questions and said to contact her with any other information we need. She was very pleasant. She also took time to notice our toddlers and ask their names and include them in the process. The units are very clean and easy to access. We definitely recommend this Public Storage location.
This location is amazing! Jody is excellent and walked me to the unit I needed to rent. Unfortunately after I rented and moved my couple of stuffs, I realized that’s not the right size I needed. So I requested Jody to give bigger unit. She was very patient enough to transfer to bigger unit. Other staffs are very nice as well. I highly recommend this place for your storage based on my experience. You can see about 100 review comments by this date, but you can see Jody’s name mentioned more than 200 times. She is really excellent and help you to get the unit you need! The units are clean!
Jody helped me tremendously today. I was locked out of my storage unit at another location in prosper after just getting my keys and she drove over to unlock my unit for me. My locations office was closed today.

Poorly designed. Cars/trailers often blocking each other in. I'm baffled at what they were thinking when this was designed. That being said, it's clean and seems secure.

I have had to move so much stuff and even when I want sure if I needed an additional unit she walked me through showing me the different sizes available and when all else fails, she even helped show me how I could utilize the space I already have!! We spoke to Public Storage Rep Jodie she was soo patient and helpful. Rep Jodie walked me through two E-Lease over the computer. She was patient and helped walk through the process on getting setup 2 10x10 units for our family. She was friendly and joke with me about the change of Texas weather and how our things will be safe and protective.
