It says is air conditioned but it seems it starts on sensor trigger when someone is around. Maybe it should say that is onky partially air conditioned. But Good access easy to use app and reserve and pay.. elevator easy to use. All in all not bad.
Misty, is amazing! We had a minor issue in our unit. We needed to switch units, and she offered to help move the unit. Thats going above and beyond for a customer. She even got me a crate to stack cardboard boxes on incase of water intrusion. This property is always clean, and my favorite feature, we have all been to a storage unit when the NEED to go creeps up on you. They have an outdoor bathroom. That thing is clean. ITs the Buccees bathroom of public storage. Definitely recommend this Public Storage.

I had a family emergency that took all of my attention and I had a few changes that needed to be done with my storage, Misty literally went above and beyond to help me in this time of need. She has been so understanding throughout this whole process and got everything taken care of for me.

I probably would have given Public Storage a 2-star rating had it not been for Misty, the duty representative. She was very friendly from the outset. She explained to me that my monthly storage fee had increased by $50.00 per month, which seemed excessive, which agitated me, but before I had a chance to escalate the issue, she said she'd try to get me a 3 month extension before it would kick in, and she was able to do that. In addition, she hooked me up with a used lock because my lock had been cut. You don't experience this level of service very often when someone goes way beyond to make things right. Bravo to her. She's a pro. Their app is also impressive to get in and out, and they definitely know what they are doing but need to be more mindful of fees and affordability.
The girl that works the desk, Misty, is extremely professional! She went above and beyond to assist with some issues caused by chaos in my personal life, & made sure I understood that my belongings were safe/secure. As an added bonus - She’s also hot!

Do not patronize Public Storage, they are disorganized, unprofessional, poor customer service, their managers will not return your calls but yet will sell your belongings while you are still paying them. Customer service reps will hang up on you. It is a shame that a service organization will treat it's customers in this manner. DO NOT STORE AT PUBLIC STORAGE. STAY AWAY
The PS CSR that helped me choose the best suited unit for my storage needs was named Misty. She was informative, knowledgeable and eager to help. She even helped me choose a few products to help aid in my move. The property itself was in pristine condition which left me with a feeling of assurance that my belongings are safe. I will recommend PS to all of my friends and colleagues especially this location and even more so, Misty! Thank you!

If I could give 1000 stars I would! Ed has been incredible since DAY 1, we just relocated our business from overseas and it has been a huge headache trying to find a suitable storage facility for our stock. Ed has been incredibly helpful with helping to organize delivery of the shipping container as well as finding us the most suitable unit for our needs. He is super friendly, funny, and always ready to work even when he should be enjoying his day off! I would 100% recommend 5920 W Plano Pkwy Public Storage to anyone in the area, clean facility, large units, and responsible and communicative management.

I had just relocated to Texas from Washington State and Ed was such a gem and so helpful. I made my reservation on line but upon my arrival I realized I needed a bigger unit. Ed took his time and showed me some different options to make sure I had what I needed. Very easy to talk to and funny. He made what could have been a stressful situation so pleasant. Ed was very helpful! I feel safe knowing that he lives on the property. The doors to the unit are different than at another company's storage facility. However the rates were competitive and it is a good location.

Mr. Ed was extremely RUDE, and unhelpful. He is bold face lier and distasteful. I’ve had few issues since I started with location in July. It’s hard to get refunds when you are charged in error, customer service is rude and not consistent with company information, my unit door was broken and badly repaired. I’ve been waiting for call back and couldn’t seem to get straight answer and the regional manager hasn’t return my call. Definitely will never use property again.
Update to my original review: I asked to be moved and/or have the unit repaired and was advised by regional manager the door was fine and due to COVID they couldn’t get parts and it would cost more money. Now all my property was stolen and I was never notified that unit had been robbed. Ed told me I was disturbing him and make claim. How does thousands of dollars walk away?! DONT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET AND END UP LOSING ALL YOUR BELONGINGS. And cameras don’t work sounds like inside job. But this is not the end of this and my attorney/ police are looking into this matter.

We’ve had units at Public Storage on Plano parkway for many years and Ed is the best. He always comes to check on us to make sure we have everything we need. He’s extremely helpful!
I’ve used this storage since about June 2020. Ed helped me get my things situated during the pandemic. Today I moved out- Ed has always been kind and helpful. The storage space was larger than expected and has kept my furniture in great tact for two years. I’d highly recommend this location, especially since everything is on one floor and air conditioned.

I recently found myself looking for a good place to store my items. I found Public Storage by reading all of the reviews. Let me tell you that my experience has been great the manager's name is Ed. He was VERY helpful in helping me to obtain my storage unit. He even helped me on his day off. The rates are good, but the customer service is what made me decide to store my items here.
Ed is courteous and professional. The rental space was clean on move in, and the property is well kept. This is our second storage space at this location, and we’ve never had an issue due in no small measure, I am sure, to Ed’s attention to detail.
