I was there with my daughter and had a little trouble getting our lock unlocked. We were on a tight timeline, as you can imagine it was hot and we were frustrated. We eventually decided to ask for help. Without hesitation Alex (I think she said she was the district manager) offered her assistance. It took a little while but eventually she got our lock opened. She was patient and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs storage services.

Post-pandemic excellence is seldom found, all across the board; the Public Storage on Kelly in Carrollton is a happy exception. Jennifer and co were amongst the most able and compassionate professionals I have encountered. This location will not only care about your property, but also for the individual. This location has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced from a Public Storage. My parent's English isn't the best and at times is hard to understand however, Cheryl was very patient and helpful when assisting them. We even spoke over the phone just to make sure everything was situated correctly. If you need a public storage unit in the Carrolton area, come see Cheryl, she'll treat you right!

The business is deceptive. Be sure to ask for direct phone number and email address upon future deception.
They like to avoid giving detail information so they can overcharge you later.
I would seriously consider a different company.
