Don’t be fooled by their online prices. I rented a 10x10 unit in July of 2023 because the $100 rate was good for a climate controlled unit. Simply Storage was bought by Public Storage a few months later. Soon after, in November or December 2023 the rent went up to $140. I was given a 3 month delay in the increase after complaining about bait and switch. Now I got notice that my rent will increase to $183 on October 1, 2024. That is almost a 100% increase in a little over a year. Yet they are currently advertising these units for $114!
It’s incredibly unfortunate this is how they choose to do business. I paid for a moving truck and two men to move my stuff into affordable storage and now have to spend that money again to get out because I surely can’t afford to keep up with these increases either.
I will never willingly rent from Public Storage.

I signed up at another Location that was closer, but Lisa in this location was so helpful and friendly when i arrived to see my unit. I had a doubt about the tractor not fitting in the space to drop of my things; She was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing, he got in through the other exit. Everything went smoothly. Thankfully my things are stored. The place is huge! The units were clean and spacious I trust my things will be in good hands. Thank you Lisa! :)

I've had storage units at this location for many years. the most recent changes in this location's management has been a welcomed improvement. Lisa and all of the folks are very considerate and very nice to work with. Prices on the units aren't always the best and they fluctuate. However, Lisa makes the difference up, simply by her professionalism and customer care.
First time renting a storage unit and we had a great experience! Climate controlled and clean outside and inside storage unit. There are carts available to use on premises to help with moving large or multiple items. Friendly and approachable staff with customer assistance provided. Overall very satisfied.
I’ve been with this location for a while. I even now live about 2 hours away but stay here simply because I trust my storage is secure and the staff is always helpful. Lisa has been a gem with helping me make sure everything runs smoothly since I can’t be there physically all the time. I can always reach a rep and my concerns are always addressed. We just moved out of our storage unit- it was used for office storage and we were finally able to clear everything out. I can't say enough about Lisa. She makes sure that the property is well maintained and takes notice of all of the units. After moving out at the end of december I made a mental note to call and let them know that we had moved and cleaned out the unit- but i FORGOT. But it was noting to worry abut - Lisa had vacated the unit for us at the end of the month so we didn't incur any other fees, something most managers don't take the time to notice or do. I will definitely be back if needed- 100% sure. It's hard to find someone so customer orientated and is there for you!

We just moved into this storage and Lisa has been fabulous ever step of the way! I’ve spoken to her several times and she’s always been so nice and polite! And I love how you can use an app to get into the gate instead of a code!
We rent three units at this facility. For each one we pay a significant premium for climate control to protect our belongings. On 9/4/23, We visited one of our climate controlled units to find it was way hotter than the non-climate controlled units. When we inquired at the office, we were told the A/C was broken in that building. We asked why the tenants were not informed, and we were told management felt it was unnecessary. We were told it had been broken for a month and a half with no estimated repair date because the parts were on backorder. So basically the A/C has been broken since mid July! It has now been 3 months and not only did they not inform the tenants who may have wanted to remove their belongings to protect them, but they also continued to collect the steep additional premium for climate control from all of the tenants despite the fact that they have not been paying an A/C bill for that building since it is broken! This is pure fraud!
We brought it up many times with the building manager who was supposed to talk to the regional manager to get us a credit, but it has been well over a month now with no credit and no response regarding the credit despite numerous inquiries and emails! This is seriously unprofessional and disturbing that they are charging for a service they are not providing!
We made it a point to get our things out of that unit, but we are very upset that we were never informed about the broken A/C, charged for climate control that was not provided, and our belongings were subjected to extreme temperatures during one of the hottest months in history!
The storage office was to be opened at 9:30am and no one is here… to help me out with a situation
I started my rental with Simply self storage where the customer service was great to start and the service has only gotten better. Through the change over of companies, The ladies in the office have been as informative as they can be. I am so glad that I chose this location for my storage needs. From the smiles when you walk in the office door to the wave out the window or door every time I am on property I always feel welcomed. Customer service exceeds expectations! I have been in transition (storage) for about a year and have had several temporary addresses. My credit card on file was about to expire and I got a phone call to let me know. This was a welcomed surprise as I had been on vacation traveling and did not know. It’s my experience the call doesn’t come until after the late fee with most companies. I’m grateful for all the kindness and support during this trying time.

We had all of our household items from our 5,000 sq ft home stored here for about 6 months . They came into storage smelling fresh and clean but when we came back to pick it up everything came out with a VERY VERY strong musty moldy smell that made our entire family sick while pulling it out of our units. Note, there was visible signs of water damage on ceiling. Needless to say thousands of dollars in items had to be disposed of. A few choice items were brought to our new home and we attempted using ozone on them…. No it didn’t help!!! Even pictures stored in large zip loc bags and put in plastic storage totes were unbelievably disgusting smelling! I wish y’all the best of luck… mold causes many health issues!!!

New company. It’s no longer Cube smart and so much has changed. The lot and units are a mess with trash all the time. The dumpster is full to the top with trash on the outside most of the time. The gate has been left open for anyone to come in all night on occasion and I have seen groups of shady people in there. I used to love this place but decided it was time for a change.

We just received in the mail a 30 day notice to raise our rents. We specifically asked this question of Sherry when we rented. We were concerned that they would raise their prices once we were in and couldn’t do anything about it, as other less reputable storage facilities often do. Sherry proceeded to tell us that they don’t do business like that and if they ever did raise our rates it would be after at least a year and it wouldn’t be for anything more then maybe $10. Well, they are raising it from $306/month to $364, while trying to also add some bogus insurance on our unit. We’ve only had the unit 4 months from the date of the notice! Pathetic! I strongly caution anyone else who needs long term storage. Nothing but lies and a money grab. I will be contacting them on Monday to ask about their questionable business practices, I’ll update my review after my call.
