Needed 3 parking spots so I reserved them on-line. I called the facility to go over my storage needs and after further discussion the rental units that I reserved would not work for my situation and they had no available spots with the dimensions that I needed at the location I reserved. So the rep that was assisting me, Krystin, went above and beyond to help me find the spots that I needed at a different location. She even updated & transferred my reservations for me to the new location, which saved me a bunch of time. I truly appreciate the great customer service I received from Krystin and the reps at the Public Storage, Champions location.
