I am seeking an attorney and calling better business bureau.
I am being jerked around with this storage facility.
I planned on getting out of this place but had open heart surgery.
This is causing me so much stress.
How can my storage be raised to $390 a month?
This is ludicrous.
A 10” x 15” that is not air control for $390?
It was just raised to $323. A couple months later another increase.
Here we go again.
I’m taking out adds and paying what I’m being charged every where I can.
I’m a 79 year old veitnam veteran being charged $390 for a 10x15 space.
Totally taking advantage.
Rent continues to increase rent once you are in.
I have been a customer since the 70s.
I have had rent increased so much in last year.. last two years. These good comments are fake. Check out their facebook page.

Justin and Emily were great. They were very helpful and accommodating
They chase you out and drive around stalking customers who are there accessing their storage. They will also lock you in the complex and it’s almost impossible to get out. Will also call the police if you are there to late. Crazy for a business to treat their customers like that. If you don’t pay your storage by the 6th of the month, they lock you out of your storage unit, and they cut your lock and auction your stuff off on the 22nd of the month you couldn’t pay on time. Also the storage units leak and they have a bad rat problem.
This location is clean and well managed. I've been storing there for over a year and its been a great experience with no issues. Laurie was especially helpful today over the phone. She went above and beyond helping me out with a customer service issue. Kudos to Public Storage for employees like Laurie 👍👍
I wouldn’t recommend this storage location at all the roof was leaking and wet up some of my furniture and I had rat poop on half my items when I went to get my things and the rats had ate holes in my sofa. I’m so mad I would never store my items there again.!
Horrible place do not leave your stuff here it may not be here when you go back. had my stuff in storage there less than a month and they throw it all in the dumpster. I had no payments due everything was fine and they threw my stuff in the dumpster and then refuse to pay for all the damage to the stuff and stuff that was stolen by their employees I assume because it wasn’t there and it should’ve been and they claim no one else can get in there and go in the dumpsters and stuff but my stuff is gone some of it.
Still have high rent and broking door never Ben fixed for over 6 months
They are expecting their $$ at the first of the month. Yet for three months the gate has been broken. But they expected their $$ without providing the security I am paying for.
Hard to get in contact with and also call a million times over $66.Are try send your stuff to auction and it aint over 100.This place is a joke will be finding a new place to take my stuff too.

I’m paying $323 now for no air control. Sane size.
Bring told i’m not a new customer. So 50 years with public storage and more than 16 years at this location gives you perks. Charge the loyal customer three times the rent.

They didnt show my payment when I paid.
App and website does not give balance owed correctly. Site is awful.
It freezes up and opens chat but no one there. Then it showed a balance past due of $323.
Then it shed to pay $50. Then when i refreshed it said pay $129. Then I refreshed it it says pay $20 then I refreshed it it says pay $380.
They raised rent so many times with no notice. Now it says $272. plus $108. $380 total for bill due Feb 1st. I was late with Jan bill and paid $50. late fee.
Bill due on Feb 1st. Not later until feb 5th. and another $108 tacked on with a rent increase.
I pay with credit card but yet I get this message saying payment from checking didnt work.
I checked bank card and payment was taken.
But didnt show up on site. I called customer care but doesnt want to let you speak to anyone. Tries to send you to property manager who isnt on site which was already closed.
A while back I was not more than 30 days late and they cut my locks. They rummaged through my stuff which is inventory.
It was a mess and things ruined. Things missing.
I am going to rent someone else and save money and not be abused.
I was renting with these people since the 70s for my business. I use to have more storage and larger storage with them. I have one left that I will be out of this month.
I am using another location now and have three large storage units with them.
Always nice and half the cost. Oh yes..
and climate controlled. Public storage space is not and only a 10’x15’
Way way too expensive. Almost impossible to get in touch with a property manager or get help. Doors are very difficult to raise. They keep willy-nilly going up on prices and treat their long term customers badly. Will be moving out ASAP.
MY STORAGE UNIT on 655 KEEN RD WAS ROBBED TWICE. NO ONE ever notified me. The day I found out my storage was robbed is the day I WENT TO MOVE OUT ON 11/3/23 . THE DM Brandy/SCOTT/MATT are all RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS. THEY LIED ON BOTH OF MY BBB COMPLAINTS TO COVER UP THEIR EMPLOYEES STEALING. I HAVE THOUSNADS OF DOLLARS OF ITEMS THAT WERE STOLEN. I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS AND THIS IS THE THANKS I GET FOR PAYING THESE PEOPLE EVERY MONTH AND BEING ROBBED BLIND WITH NO NOTICE. THIS IS SICKENING HOW PS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SEVERAL THEFTS AND BREAK INS AND THEY WANT TO COVER UP AND LIE ABOUT WHAT HAS OCCURRED. I WILL BE SENDING MY ATTORNEY AFTER THE CORPORATE OFFICE FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. THE EMPLOYEES ARE REFUSING TO PROVIDE THE DATES OF BREAK IN AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEY ARE LIABLE. HOW YOU ALLOW SOME ONE TO BREAK IN THE SAME STORAGE BUILDING TWICE AND NO ONE WAS NOTIFIED? SOUNDS LIKE AN INSIDE JOB TO ME. THE EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING AND THE COMPANY IS COVERING UP THE THOUSANDS OF THEFTS THAT HAVE OCCURRED. I WANT ALL 3 YEARS OF MONTHLY PAYMENT REFUNDED AND I WILL BE ASKING FOR MORE IN CIVIL COURT. THIS ENTIRE PLACE IS TRASH. THE COMPANY IS TRASH. THE DM/GM ARE TRASHY PEOPLE. TO STEAL FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN CONCEAL THE THEFT SCREAMS INSIDE JOB BY EMPLOYEES.
The district manager has the customer service do her dirty work! Darren or Doreen is her I think I would not know since she has gate keepers too scared to take customer calls! Gonna find a new place to store my stuff I don't have much so it will be easy! One star was too much
I did not rent a storage space. I paid someone's bill out of kindness now they are charging to my card. Be careful, kindness does not pay here.
No lights in units and can never get in touch with property manager.

There's no one on site which was discouraging but all the paperwork, I completed online and was a Fairly simple procedure.

They have hidden insurance 15 $ and a new lock for 19$ which is compulsory to buy it and it customer service is zero..no one picks the phone...and even if they pick .call get hangup in a minute...lol..I was told manager will call me . ..it's more than a 2 month..still waiting for his call.. 😂

They just want you money. I was literally a day late on my payment and they immediately put a lock on it. I paid my bill and there was no one to remove the lock on my storage . There’s no one on site and you have to call them 100 times to even get a answer . 2 days and I still can’t get my things. I really hate this place .
