I have rented from multiple public storge locations, And none of them have RATS! That leave literal crap over your belongings! If you don't like Rats in your belongings then please don't rent here this is RAT City DISGUSTING !!!

Super nice people at the front and really cheap clean storage.
Nobody here to help us people have been trying to get help and this location closes at 5pm. Managers car is here but nobody in the office lights out. Don't even bother calling customer service because they have none. They careless about solving issues especially when it comes to the mass amount of rats they have and using insurance claim.

Excellent upper management with public storage, I will say that.... I was disappointed by a few things but they seem to be addressing issues and they listened to me and let me get my belongings, even with rent technically owed. All in all, I believe public storage is generally the best option when it comes to an even mix of price and quality. Just beware, that promotional $1 first month rent will quickly be compensated in a rent increase after a few months (supposedly 6mos). That's just being real, and that's business. Just beware... But hey, you Are paying to have your stuff at someone else's place, right? Public storage is about as good as you gonna get..... 🙊😉
This place is infested with rats. Still finding rat droppings in our stuff. Our couches had fleas when we took them home. Find another storage facility besides this one. We are still in the process of getting rid of the pests we picked up here.
Nice and very helpful
The staff is super nice, the facility is easy to navigate and get in and out of, but they do have a rat problem. And that is a problem.

Good and safe location
This is the worst storage facility I’ve ever used. The units are infested with rats. The ceilings are falling in and water gets into the units. I’ve complained several times about the rats and condition of the units only to have my rent increased over and over. $270 a month just to have thousands of dollars of possessions ruined!
Misty is one of the most unhelpful persons I have ever encountered and she should not be working in customer service let alone be the face of any business or at the front desk of any establishment in her entire life.
