Maine was very helpful to me during my visit on today. I was there to organize and clean out my unit. He was out on the premises cleaning up and that’s something I truly appreciate. I was unaware that someone was physically working here. It makes me happy to know that someone like him is here. He was very attentive to me and my needs. Let me start off by saying that I am so thankful that there is an actual person here at this location! While I do enjoy the kiosk I also enjoy being able to communicate face to face with someone. My husband and I came down to our storage unit to collect a few items and to head back home. Unbeknownst to us we left the storage with the lock inside of our car and not on the unit. It's funny how God works.....about 30 minutes or so later we receive a call from someone by the name of Maine asking us if we knew that our unit was unlocked and was missing the lock. We immediately saw the lock in our car and came back to lock our unit. Maine was there to greet us and chat with us for a while about things that we had questions about as well as updates about the property. Because of him being present and noticing that our lock was missing we were able to secure our unit without incident. Thank you so much Maine. Also, we have noticed that the grounds are much cleaner since he has been here. Please keep him here and give him a raise. Thanks again Maine. We appreciate you. Good looking out!

Very accurate and good prices , never had a problem out of the few times i rented .

Basic storage, the sizes are correct beware of the door, I booked a 10x5 the main door (entrance ro the unit is 33inches wide and 60inch height. If you have sofas or big furniture it will not fit through those doors. I booked it before it was the cheapest, I had to switch it to a 10x15 paying over $130 now because I needed a bigger door to get my furniture into the unit. Crazy! Crazy! Moving my things asap! I had to return my truck otherwise I would have never booked that place!!

There is a both inside the office, you'll talk to a person on line, the speaker is not the greatest, it takes effort to understand what the other person is saying, not that person's fault but the equipment, my issue was resolved by the DM, within that same week and for that, so they'll get it right for you, you just need to keep at it. 😌

I would leave a 0 but I can’t so I am leaving a 1 star. Been there 5 years and I don’t know of one time anything has been easy with them. They make it almost impossible to pay your bill. There is never anyone available to answer calls or questions. When you call and are prompted to speak to the property manager it just goes back to the beginning of the call prompts. Forget the website and trying to move out of this place! It’s not an easy task! Website says you can chat but never with a human. If you call the 800 number you just keep getting prompts but no person to talk to. Finally got someone and got disconnected. Had to go through the whole process again! So annoying! Do not waste your time here!

Needed an affordable big storage and looked online for 1st month free and within 10 minutes I had my access! Even though my key and lock wasn't there the property manager Kandi was present and there within the next 10min! Overall a very smooth transaction!

Candie is awesome. Extremely helpful more than the kiosks they make you use. Luckily she was in the building and we could utilize her help. Great energy and very knowledgeable. Love to see it

I don't know why so many reviews mention a specific 'helpful' person. There is NO HUMAN to talk to at this company. I was charged for rent after I moved out and terminated my contract. I have no way to talk to anyone to get the charge removed. Very unhappy with my experience!

I hate the kiosk other than that its okay Gate access is from 6am to 9pm daily

Absolutely no way to talk to a real human. All that is in the office is an automated kiosk to either pay your bill or rent a unit
