I rented this unit 10/23 for $245 per month and 24 hour access. Within 6 months they increased my monthly rental to $310, in the contract it states that increases may happen due to demand, availability and market rate. At the time of increase the same unit was $195 as published. I called several times, both the location and corporate(who informed me they can increase as they see fit) when speaking to location the associate said they had several units of same size available and the only thing I can do is move my items into another unit and start the clock over. I currently am in renal kidney failure and in medical care near family and unable to travel 1000 miles to Texas to move my items from one unit to another in the same facility and the same size. He told me hopefully I had friends in Texas as they will not lower rate. I just received another email stating that my new rate will be $409 per month, the current published rate in $156. I called and checked availability and was told they had several units of same size available. I believe this is in direct response to my medical inability to move my items as it is not due to market rate, demand or availability. It is next to impossible to call facility directly as they do not answer, I have found they only way to speak to them is not to pay bill on time as they will start calling a day overdue. My money is extremely tight as my medical bills increase so I am hoping they will rectify this before I am forced to take legal action. I did notice several others in reviews have had similar occurrences and are seeking legal action as well
I came into the location just to look at a few units and it was actually pretty good. It was clean. The young lady, by the name of Linda was in the office. You very sweet, very respectful had a positive attitude. Very bubbly. I really enjoyed her. I know when I'm ready to move where I will plan on storing my items keep up the good work.

I normally don't let reviews on companies but this location is really said spoke with the lady about my storage paid the bill on time not sure what happened to my unit no letter saying that my unit was sold or my account was closed if this how your company stay in business by closing accounts and taking people money you guys want be in business to much longer

Worst company! Paid movers and moved in from another storage unit who increased price after 9 months, when public storage said they do not increase price "in a while" and within 45 days they send me an email stating the price is goubg from $33 to $66. Wow! Ok, that was very sneaky and shady!
Do not trust Public Storage and it's words, worst customer service. Keys cost $20, you have to buy their keys. Worst place of business! I will be moving my property out out soon! Hate this placenof business!
I cant speak Highly enough of helpful your staff has been in assisting me with transfer and assistance in using your facility. My sister passed away when we thought she was going to pull thru and we would be unpacking her storage together but that was not God's plan. Mayra at the Euless location was the sweetest spirit. Had questions answered and transferred from a larger to smaller now I'm out completely. Clean areas inside and out. Cost efficient. Thank you Public Storage and Mayra and staff.
The facility and location is great but having to access your stuff on their schedule sucks. They need to us gate access for the time listed online 6 am - 9pm. People work and have other things to do instead of wait for them to open and close. Also they don’t tell you it’s going to be like this for ever. They promised the gate world be fixed and now they keep telling me they’re waiting on higher ups to fix the issue.
***I’m updating my review from 2 stars to 4 since they’ve opened the hours to access the storage unit before and after hours. I no longer see staff but I like that I can go on my own time.

Our previous storage facility raised there monthly rate twice in less than a year. Glad to find PS .
Access as described in the lease agreement and on their website does NOT match and is reduced by 35%. So for 100% of the rent rate you get access hours of only 65% of what is advertised.
FYI FOR ALL TENANTS: For any disputes (such as being charged full price and being denied access as advertised) there is an arbitration requirement per the lease agreement once you have made an official complaint as described in the lease agreement. After arbitration you are free to pursue litigation and hopefully this will end up in class action status at some point. This bait and switch has been going on for over a year and their posting of a notice for decreased access hours at the local facility does NOT meet the necessary requirements per the lease agreement and should result in a favorable outcome should you pursue arbitration and/or litigation. If you began renting here before they improperly reduced the access hours then think about how much rental fees you would potentially be able to recover through arbitration... approximately 1/3 of your monthly rate times at least 12 months. I will be formally filing my complaint this week and then pursuing arbitration. Good luck!

Update March 2024: I had to go through the regional vice president to gain access to the facility after hours. He was kind and offered me a free month of rent, and made sure I had access for the days and times I needed. It's still crazy to me that I need a VP to gain access with all the access technology this place has. According to the VP they made the decision to close after hours access at some point but despite being able to contact their tenants via phone, app, email, and mail there is only a paper notice when you arrive.
When we returned during hours to clean out our unit the facility is still filthy, elevators still fight you, and the lady at the front had to let us and a couple of others out of the garage area when we were done because the sensor to get out was not working. Which seems like a fire hazard or maybe the beginning of a B horror movie. I got out just in time because I got the notice of a rent increase for April 1st. Going up again from what was $59 less than 2 years ago to $116 currently and now $145 in April. I recommend you find a house or an apartment with a garage, because this place isn't worth it.
Update February 2024: Are they finally going to fix the gate? Hallways are still filthy, but MAYBE we'll be able to access the gate soon? See photos. Still no response from management about any of the issues but they want my feedback on paying on their app. 🙄
Update September 2023: So like others I got a three month reprieve on my rate hike, but now it's $116 a month. I don't know where the extra money is going because this place is going down hill a little more each time. One of the gates is always broken, and there's spills and trash everywhere now. Today two ladies at the desk watched the elevator give us and another group trouble, and literally sat and did nothing.
This facility is beautiful, staff is great, they have dollies and carts, a covered unloading area, and reserving a space was easy. We have a 10 x 7.5 space. We started at $59 fourteen months ago. It went up to $86 in the Winter, and is increasing on July 1st to $116. I'm sure, like everything else their cost is going up, and that is what they will say but 100% in just over a year is a lot. For reference, I work in the restaurant industry so I am well aware of cost increases, but my diners are certainly not paying 100% more. I have asked them about the increase and been blown off. I feel cheated. They gave the low rate to get us in, and then have gone up exorbitantly from there. I have had storage units with every other company throughout my life, this is my first time with public storage and I do not recommend them. We'll be moving to a competitor as soon as possible.
Have used storage facilities for many years, this is by far the worst facility ever. Poor service, facility is never working. Hours are awful. No help with trolleys or dolleys. Would never use this facility or any public storage again. Go anywhere else.

Ok, this place started out pretty good, but one major problem is the upper units that customers can only access with a rolling ladder they have to position themselves. The prices have gone up tremendously. I’m planning to move my things to the new storage facility down the street.
Horrible customer experience today!! Called this location because I had been waiting at the Bedford location for an hour and NO ONE ever showed up, nor was my phone called returned. There were 5 people with reservations two with full truck loads.
I finally another location and got Chris! He was helpful, but started lying also, saying people are on the premises when they are not..a big waste of my time! I just received a call @ 2:23p.m., over three hours, when I was told someone would contact me in 30 minutes. You guys want people to make a reservation, to lock them in but if they don't complete the reservation by paying for a unit, you won't be bothered. I just left my storage in February after being there 5 years and the customer service was awesome but again it wasn't public storage when I signed up. The lady taking calls blames the changes on COVID, which may be some what correct but to lie to customers having them wait thinking people are on the premises and they are NOT!! Same on you guys!! YOU GUYS MUST DO BETTER!!

Manager Mia is the only great part about my whole experience with this public storage location. Elevator was broke for almost the whole 4 months i used it. Front big door was broke 3 out of 4 times i visited. Including the last time which ended up costing me extra money as my movers had to walk all the way to the other side to load. I called corporate 2 times and no one called me back. I would never use any PS after this experience.

I really enjoy the customer service that I receive. Mya is very helpful and friendly, she actually cares about her job. It is important to call ahead if you will need a dolly or something, the walk the property at times. I have been with two other locations, this one is the best hands down!

Not Mail It to me ( live out of State ) then after trying to reach them For two weeks I finally got through and they threw my passport away.
Bella was amazing in every way. Not happy about the admin fee not being disclosed in the charges quoted to me from the answering service.
We have had a space here for just over a year. Our rent has almost doubled in that time yet the service has gone downhill. (10x15 space for $141.00) The keypad to gain access (6am - 9pm) doesn't work so you can ONLY get in during business hours (after 9:30am) when they open the 1 door that works. If you need to borrow a dolly, be prepared to leave your drivers license and hope the office is open when you're done. I spoke to one lady and it was 3 days before she hers back. I was there for over an hour one day and never saw anyone in the office. One elevator has been broken the last 2 days and the working one is at the opposite end from my unit. There is no place to throw away trash so people just leave stuff anywhere. We will be moving to a different storage facility once the weather cools down a bit. This one just isn't worth the price anymore.

Hoy jueves, Sept 21 venimos 2 veces y termino abriendo la oficina a las 5 y 40 pm ....estábamos esperándola para que nos prestara algo con que acarrear nuestras cosas...a las 5 y 55 pm lo quito porque a las 6 cerraban...o sea estuvo 20 minutos y quería que todas las personas nos apuraramos. Las bodegas son bonitas y cómodas pero el servicio si se pudiera llamar así es un fiasco. No las recomiendo para nada. Y para terminar nos dejaron encerrados y la puerta de salida no funcionaba. Se llamo a la policía y bomberos.
After several occasions needing to get some belongings from the storage, there has always been an obstacle.
From today, the main keypad that opens the facility not in service and now unable to get some things I needed for work.
Then, elevators not working majority of the time.
Don’t see the increase in monthly dues if the value is not there.
All I can say is I’m disappointed in this location, I’ve seen trash constantly in the hallways, no employees during business hours, to top this off NO KEYPADS on any of the doors of the building so unfortunately we were locked out from getting things from our unit we needed and the main keypad was out of order so when that goes down you are not able to access the building that has no back up plan with keypads on the exterior doors of the building!

I was late so they put a temporary lock on my unit (100% understandable) I paid the outrageous monthly rent (which just went up) with the late fee on a Thursday, it’s Sunday now and they still haven’t taken the lock off my unit, so I had to wait 3 hours for the office to open just for the employee who showed up to not have the keys..currently 3.5 hours late for a job I’m already supposed to be at because someone didn’t want to do their job. Will definitely be switching storage facilities

As my history of reviews shows below, the Nov 2022 rate increase was postponed until Feb 2023. Well, we're now getting ANOTHER rate increase effective in August.
We will now be paying 50% more than our original rate, after only 14 months of rental. Not a reasonable 3% or 5%...a whopping 50%!!!
I've called and spoke with multiple people and am finding no help. The robotic response is always simply that the rental agreement says they can raise the rates whenever they want, with notice.
How many other services out there would you experience a 50% increase after 14 months?
I'm blown away and plan to look for a new, reasonable storage company. Public Storage simply does NOT care about their customers.

I have to give the local management people credit where it is due. They called me back (and apparently were NOT who I originally spoke with as Google Maps is not truly providing the phone # of the local property). They've managed to delay the rate increase for 3 months, which is better than nothing. I still think it poor customer service to raise someone's rate on a rental unit that has been renting less than a full year, but I appreciate the local management making the time to give me a call AND for postponing the increase for 3 months.
Corporate policy makers need to quite looking at the bottom line and start treating customers the way they would want to be treated. Too much flat-out greed going on and not enough genuine care and concern for other human beings.

Be ready for a rate increase. Started renting in May, rate went up 30% with the November payment. Tried to discuss this with them over the phone and they sent me to customer service who simply hung up the phone w/o my being able to talk to anyone. Had an online chat session and they simply stated the rental agreement said they can raise the rates whenever they want, with notice. Total lack of customer service or care to make the customer happy.
Mayra was amazing. Awesome customer service. I recommend this location to everyone. Need more people like her.

Absolutely annoying. Doors always broken. Have to play Traffic to get in and out. Fees continue to increase though. Carts are not available unless someone is in the office. Been here two years. Absolutely tired and frustrated 😠

Every PS has always let the customer use the carts on-site as a Courtesy,this wanted our drivers license, wait,not just mine but my wife's too and then had the Audacityto come and take it from us to give to someone else. What got me confused was we asked for the ID back ,quote....I'll give it back to you later. Follow up to owners comments.....see the Exact thing you'd expect from an owner no regards for the patrons
Omar and Chelsea have been super helpful in getting setup with a unit while living over 3 hours away. The best thing about this place is the drive-up climate control large units. You can’t find that perk anywhere. I highly recommend Storage 365!
***Update…. Since this place Was purchased by Public Storage, the security cleanliness. Basically everything has gone from five stars to one.
For 6 months or more the security gate, nor the garage door were functioning and they didn’t bother to ever tell us. On top of that it’s supposed to be climate controlled. How can I be climate controlled in the summer if a giant garage door big enough for moving trucks is open 24/7! Forget the price increase when they took over… it was like a 45% jump!
I thought Public Storage was supposed to be a good company. As soon as my stuff is out, I will never ever trust them with any of my belongings. I would rather be at a mom and Pop shop than some giant corporation that doesn’t care at all about their customers.
Between the lack of climate control, and the cleanliness of the facility, I would say that most of my stuff is damaged. The sad thing is this was all I had left after losing everything in the winter storm of 2021.
Update!!! When I made this review initially, this storage was owned by an independent facility and was clean, affordable and no issues. Public Storage bought them out and I started to have problems. They raised our rent, the doors started having problems so I could no longer drive in to access my unit. Then I came to my unit one day to find rat droppings on my things. I alerted the manager who told me that they would take care of it. Fast forward a month later, the rat droppings kept happening and I found what I assumed to be rodent blood in my unit!! It looked like a crime scene. Each unit has a wire type ceiling that allows things to drop into your unit, say rodents etc. I had to throw out all of the contaminated items in my unit and I moved out! I will never do business with this place or Public Storage again!

I absolutely love this location! Mayra has been such a big help every time we come to our storage space. Very professional and she is always smiling when we go see her in the front office. We moved far from the location but refused to move our storage to another location because this is the best Public Storage ever! Thank you Mayra for always being a big help!

Mayra helped be out so much! She's just a super gal, efficient, a trouble shooter, and helpful, all with a smile on her face! I really needed that! Customer service can sadly be pretty tough at times, with some people who just like to complain. I personally saw Mayra handle these situations professionally and graciously. You don't have employees like that very often, and I agree, she deserves a raise. At the time, there were problems with the elevator (which is clearly not the workers' fault), and someone had literally ran their truck into the top of the entrance door. They were waiting on a repair to the other outside door as well. Somehow Mayra just kept working through it all with a smile on her face every time! It does take time to get things like that fixed, but Mayra kept it together, no matter what was happening. Thanks for making my terrible moving days so much better Mayra!! Ever since they changed to public storage place is starting to go downhill. The floors in the elevator are super sticky and you can tell they aren’t cleaned. The exit garage door is always broken so you have to figure out a way to reverse your way out. the entrance is always open. I don’t feel 100% secure with my items there anymore.
Liked them being open late to be able to move at night when it's cooler and loved the air conditioning.

Now Bill was not only professional but he was genuinely courteous. We could tell that this was his personality. This is the everyday Bill that you will meet should you decide to rent here. He is consistently and genuinely kind every single day. This was and is his attitude! I highly recommend this storage to anyone just because of this humble man. Definitely the best storage facility in DFW region. I was having a moving day from hell, as I was having rental car issues, and the storage place I normally use was out of small units. Marina was phenomenal, a pleasure to work with, and completely saved the day, couldn't recommend her enough. The facility was spotless, had easy access via the drive thru, and was very comfortable inside. Pricing was very competitive as well! Will be making the drive here for storage needs in the future.

Beautiful building. The units are well secured and temperature controlled. Which is a must when it comes to your belongings. They carry supplies for your storage needs, boxes, tape, storage locks etc.

Never answer the phone. Have been during business hours and they were closed. The garage to drive in with my car never works or only one works sometimes. There are little to no carts or pulleys to put stuff on.
Edit: I now have to change my review of this facility for several reasons.
1.) Access to the storage facility. The main gate has been broken for 6 of the past 12 months. I rented a drive up unit to store a motorcycle and a car. With the gate broken, I can only move the vehicles in and out during business hours.
2.) Since Public Storage took ownership (previously Storage 360), the hours have changed. The access hours are until 9PM.
Wow! Such a pleasant experience all round. The units are amazingly clean. Choose this storage facility for vehicle storage and never looked back. Chelsea was amazing to work with and extremely helpful. Thank you!
