By far the worst storage place I’ve ever dealt with. There’s never staff at the front desk when you need them, the elevators are always broken, rent is already overpriced and they will increase it on you with no reason, and god forbid you are late on a payment they will charge you fees that end up doubling your rent. You can never get a hold of the property manager nor will they ever call you back, and general customer service number is no help either. But hey, I will say the property is clean except the stairwells smell awful, and the climate control - in my experience - is always working. Be aware that you have to pay for their lock to put on your storage even though they will cut it off and make you buy a new one if you’re late so I don’t see the point.
Usually have good experiences here but my last visit the representative was highly unprofessional. Smacking gum and acting nonchalant when I voiced concerns for my service. I shouldn’t have to beg a worker to help me finalize services.
Go see my girl Ashley. Congrats and this location is great as it's right off the highway. I'm confident that if you have any issues she will do her best to resolve them professionally. When I was locked out of my unit and relocated unit she made sure I was out on time by notifying me that the place was about to close due to me not having my phone at the time.

Mrs.Shirley & Doyan was the light of my day when I came in I was having a bad day and they made the light shine for me I’m glad I got my storage in that area where it’s still some good people.

The elevator and door is always broken! What’s the use of having codes when clearly anyone can gain access to the property! Then y’all have the nerve to raise the rates but can’t keep things fixed!!! Do better!!! The STAFF at the front are amazing!!! That’s the ONLY good thing about this storage!!! Had to add on to the review!!!! I’m currently looking for another storage unit! This is the 2nd time they’ve went up on the rent! People are barely affording to live!!! I started at $183, then they went up to $201 after a few months, now July 1,2024 they’re going up AGAIN to $258, a few dollars shy of $300! This is just ridiculous!!! And they DONT answer the phones! I have been calling and calling and calling! No answer 😡

This location should not be in business plain and simple. Been at this location for a year, only two elevators in the entire building. This building has 4 stories. I have NEVER seen both elevators working. In fact for weeks at a time zero elevators were working. Imagine hiring movers and them waiting for elevators bc there is only one! If there is a single other group moving, you’ll be waiting 20+ mins for an elevator. I have paid multiple times additional moving hours bc this public storage is run so improperly. This facility should not be able to charge for storage units if it cannot offer the bare minimum, which is functioning elevators. Additionally most of the time there is no one working here so good luck speaking to someone or trying to get a cart which is locked up. The reps here are rude, unhelpful, and literally tell you it’s your fault for renting here. Legit don’t give them your business. I regret it, and now I’m stuck.

I DO NOT recommend public storage, their management is trash!!! The woman never at the office and when you call they never answer, elevators are always broken, carts are never available. What’s the point of having an office when no one is there to help you. Also, someone told me their doors are broken and anybody can go through plus they found homeless people living at this location.
Start up process was easy but the second time I tried to drop off things I was unable to get access to the cart to load and unload because the office is closed during normal working hours. I called the phone number for assistance and they informed me the office worker may be at lunch but had no idea when they would return. I’ve sat here for 35 minutes waiting to use a cart. What’s the point of office hours if you can’t access the office and lunch hours aren’t posted? Very frustrating waste of time for my day.
Both elevators broken & have not been reported to corporate. I do not have access to my unit !!!
Just got off the phone with customer service and there have been no reports of broken elevators made from this location.
One has been broken for a year and now this week I arrived to 2 broken elevators. They have 2 total so no access to any floor!
Is there even a manager on site trying to resolve this issue? I have to move out. Will public storage make me pay a months rent when I have no access to my 3rd floor unit ?
I love public storage. And always use their services and facilities. And will continue to do so. But I’ve been trying to gain access to my unit at this location and can never get access to it. I need to close it and move elsewhere. There’s never anyone in the office. Even during business hours. I was two weeks paying my unit a few mi the ago and they cut my lock and put a their lock on. I caught up immediately and could never get ahold of anyone to get their lock off so I could put my own. The only time I hear from them is when I’m a few days late on my payment. Never seen an attendant in the building nor will anyone ever answer the phone number posted on the front door. I need access immediately.

Store doesn’t close until 6, however it is 5 pm and the store is not open. On multiple occasions, the employees have left the store unattended during store hours. I rushed over here in traffic to catch the store before they closed and now I am having to wait to see if they come back to the store.
Update: Waited at this location for over an hour. Property Manger never returned after closing the store early. Another customer was here before me and said she would be back by 5pm. She was not. Another 4 customers have tried to access the office for assistance during the time I was waiting. Horrible service.
So we were renting 2 units (both 10x20) and literally next to each other for a couple of years until in April '23 one of our units was vandalized (2 pics attached). Both locks that it had broken cut off and not sure what was taken. Camera did not catch anything. So fast fwd to Dec '23 the same unit was vandalized AGAIN and again not sure what was taken but both locks were cut as well. So a week later we moved out completely from both units. I DO NOT recommend this PS for any storage space. I hate to leave bad reviews but just letting you know to read reviews before committing to anything.
This place is trash. Would recommend looking elsewhere. Elevators are always broken. Why pay for an indoor facility with elevators if they don’t work? On top of that, there is literal human feces and urine in the stairwells. There is no way to speak directly with management. The office is always closed. The phone number only leaves you the option to leave a voicemail. No one calls back. There are many other better options in the area. Regret having rented here. Look elsewhere. For the public storage brand, I would recommend considering not having your name on this facility. We’ve had public storage in larger metropolitan cities without this experience.

I give this location five stars ONLY because of the customer service. Latoya is always so helpful an informing. There were a lot of policies and nuances that I wasn't aware of and she explained it all to me thoroughly and patiently. The pricing and Policies of Public Storage as a company are horrendous, aggressive, predatory and non user friendly in my personal opinion. It is 2024 there should be better policies that accommodate customers.
The facility itself is fine. The main issue is that transport carts are often not available. They keep them stored in the office (including during business hours) when the attendant is not there. Very frustrating to make a trip out and not have the hand trucks available. Tried calling someone for support (during business hours) but could never get through.
Edit: Here again at 2:15 pm on a Monday (Oct. 16) and see two carts in the front office with no one in sight and no note.
Edit: Made it in once, then came a second time and the elevator is broken.

I would avoid renting here if you have an option. This company charges you for the full month of storage even if you move out on the first or second of the month.
When I was selecting the unit I asked about this and I was told that I would be charged a prorated amount based on my move out date. Instead I was billed for the full month which was over $200. Assuming
it was a mistake I called to try to get it corrected and was told that is their policy.
I would find a company that doesn’t lie upfront to get your business then overcharge you on the back end for a unit you no longer have access to. 0/10.

After renting one unit on sale, that same day I found another one for better price online. Stephanie patiently took the time to show me the unit and help me decide which was a better deal as the first one included the first month for free. I really appreciate the quality of her costumer service.
The units are very spacious. The people are friendly. Very clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they don't disclose to you by phone or via website that this location only gives access to the internal units between 9a-6p. We made a blank 5-hour trip on our 1st visit.
Update: They went up on the fee for storage by $108, & only gave a 3 1/2 week notice. Getting my things out as soon as our bigger house is ready.

My rent went from $35 a month in April 2022 to $81 a month in May 2022. Shady business and terrible service.
Place is easy to get to but no customer service and no help. Had my things there for two years. Office is never open during business hours, and they don't have any carts available for use (locked in the office). There's no number to talk to an actual person for any help, and the chat window they direct you to online is of no assistance. The person I chatted with disconnected while I was responding. Will be moving out at end of the month and will never use any of their other establishments again.

Really like this place, seems clean, and the the lady at the front, Jessica I believe, was friendly and helpful. There 2 strange random bags on the fence on top of my storage unit that we had to get down; one clear bag with brown liquid and another small bag that was orange with who knows what. But that was taken so everything else seemed fine.

They increased my rent from $57 a month to $67 with no explanation and I wasn't notified until just this month (by snail mail I should add). Immediately cancelled. If you plan to use this service, know that you have a window of about 5 months before they start increasing the payments on you. Plan accordingly.
Office manager Darren really knows customer service. Had a 5 star experience with the help of Mr.Darren from the start at bill pay all the way to lending a helping hand to my unit.
Do not use this storage! The customer service is NONE. The front desk is never open. They have a number to call on the closed door, but of course is all automated with no option for a rep. No dollies available, nothing is really available because is a ghost space. AVOID!

This is one of the worst storage facilities. My unit is on the 3rd floor and the ONE elevator they have is always broken and unusable. My payment was $80 and randomly went up to $100 with no reason given. Trying to get in contact with them over the phone is impossible, no one answers during business hours. Moving out was a horrible experience. Avoid.

Everytime I come to this location the orange dollies are not available because they are locked in the office. My storage is on the 4th floor, I have waited for a long time for someone to come & open the office. I'm told the homeless steal the dollies and I understand that however us as customers should not have to suffer and constantly wait for someone to come and open the office. It appears that the person that works there really don't care about what we are going through. This happens all the time, I have heavy stuff to go in my storage. Once I get off the elevator I have a long stretch of walking before I can get to my unit. There has to be a better way to help paying customers that pay month after month.
Joshua should be the face of this place. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND for the customers!! I just recently had back surgery and he helped us transfer our stuff into a bigger unit. In my opinion he deserves more than just 5 stars!! Thank you so much for your help Joshua!!!!

At least one elevator isn’t working at all times. Front entrance was been broken for over a week and both elevators not working today and when asked they don’t know when either elevator or entrance will be fixed.

Josh over at this location made the process of moving very pleasant for us. He showed us the unit before we signed the leasing agreement to ensure we'd be able to fit all of our belongings.
I'd call him a forward thinker and we definitely appreciated his time and personality.
