Thus far all good...They keep the place clean on the and its secure...The only suggestions it to have the outdoor bay area power washed every couple of months to keep the place looking clean on the outside.

I’m leaving an additional review because I previously shared feedback under my main account and still stand by it also somehow not showing up which is suspicious. That said, I never received the expected credit for the lock, and it appears no one verified whether my keyed lock was left in the drop box on 1/10.
Regardless, Jill was friendly, kind, and understanding. She immediately issued the refund and apologized. This was my only positive interaction at this location, and my rating is based solely on Jill’s professionalism and customer service.

The fastest and easiest storage rental ever. All done online and never had to go into the office. The location is very convenient. The building is modern and clean inside and out. The staff are very friendly and paying attention to who enters the property. My first trip I was a bit lost as to where to go and a staff member came out and politely helped me with the information I needed. The prices are very good compared to other self storage locations. I highly recommend this location if you need a storage solution.

I stopped by the office to buy packing paper for moving before dropping off items to put in our storage unit. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. The inside and outside of the Avery St. location in Dallas is always clean and the parking lot is easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for storage rental and moving supplies.

When I was locked out of my unit and relocated unit she made sure I was out on time by notifying me that the place was about to close due to me not having my phone at the time.

I give this location five stars ONLY because of the customer service. Latoya is always so helpful an informing. There were a lot of policies and nuances that I wasn't aware of and she explained it all to me thoroughly and patiently. The pricing and Policies of Public Storage as a company are horrendous, aggressive, predatory and non user friendly in my personal opinion. It is 2024 there should be better policies that accommodate customers.

Really like this place, seems clean, and the the lady at the front, Jessica I believe, was friendly and helpful. There 2 strange random bags on the fence on top of my storage unit that we had to get down; one clear bag with brown liquid and another small bag that was orange with who knows what. But that was taken so everything else seemed fine.
