These people suck!. Made a reservation for a particular unit and called in for a tour, the rude attendant proceeded to tell me they don't have it. When I asked if they had any additional sizes close to the size I reserved, she kept repeating herself like a robot. She did this over and over everytime I tried to clarify myself. OUTRIGHT RUDE AND ARROGANT!
We came into the store looking for a unit. Sharon was very helpful and quick and she also took us and showed us the unit went over how to do the rental and complete it. She was wonderful and she has a beautiful personality very professionally and helpful.

Been here for almost 2 years never really had a problem with the place until now I originally signed for $52 a month two years later I’m paying $110 and there’s nothing I can do about it seems pretty unfair. Their excuse is market value.

Open till 6:00?? Ummm no 4:45 CLOSED! My Wife was was basically called a liar by the "Person" hanging out front smoking. "it does not say 6:00 on line she was told. TWICE! Going to pass on this place!! Find a place that's actually open the hours they advertise and doesn't have such rude employees hanging out front smoking. Suggest you do the same. Yes I know cooperate will respond to this with " Im so sorry you had a bad experience Bla Bla Bla!" Stop apologizing and FIX THE PROBLEM!

This location is very clean. The unit was priced at a very reasonable amount. The staff (Chelsia + a gentleman filling in for a day) has always been professional and very helpful. I didn’t experience any issues from online to move-in. Convenient location. I’d recommend!

For the most part I like the facility. The price is good for the space you get. However the fact that the bathrooms are always locked which is irritating especially when it is the only air conditioned space there. They say climate controlled but not inside the units at all are the climate controlled. They also are not free of insect and bugs both in and out of the units. Mainly the doorways outside and inside the backs of units are riddled with spiders and not like the daddy long legs kind but the big furry kind. So if your scared of spider like me watch where you step and what you reach for cuz you just might be shocked what you see.

Just wow! You know we lost so much during the winter storm and our apartment leasing office was horrible. It was so greatly appreciated that when we got here, Sage treated us with kindness. I needed storage for only 2 months while I sold my house. The storage facility was very clean and the staff very polite. I had a little stress when I moved out because the office staff was at lunch so I had to leave a phone message that I had moved out. I received a bill because the system did not recognize that I vacated on time. Eugenia was most helpful in resolving that issue. So I’m pleased with the facility and recommend it.

Updated review: a very nice representative from Public Storage called me after I posted a negative review to follow up. My account was closed automatically when they saw my empty storage unit. This is a unexpected process, but since it was convenient I have no complaints. I also erroneously assumed I paid for July, but that was not the case. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great experience and able to help me out in a pinch, they had a unit available for immediate use. Did the $1 monthly special, was $40 after fees and insurance, but worked great until we got our apartment squared away. Clean, professional and easy access. Only 1 negative, was I called and Public Storage sales (not at the location) sold me on a unit and sent me an email quote for $77 a month, when I got onsite it was $96... But we only used for 1 week, so the $1 special was more than enough. Cheers

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I came in on 10/27 and asked a few simple questions and the 2 workers their were rude and nonchalant about everything. Then on top of that when I came in the office the guy that was an employee was sleeping at the at the desk and kept catching an attitude with me and rolling his eyes. NEVER storing here agian! p.s the one star was too generous

Went to ask about prices and came out with keys for a storage unit. Nallely made it extremely easy and she was so kind! She made my day! I was having one of the worst days since my apartment will not be ready until next week. She was so patient with me and very detailed.

Won't let you use the dumpster for throwing away sheets of papers. Prices skyrocketed after original sold it to Public Storage, didn't know it was sold, until I checked my bank statement.

I had my boat stored here for 5 years. The customer service was always very good. Even contacted people after the storm to allow them to come make sure their items in storage were ok. I don't live in town, so I called and they checked everything and let me know my boat was OK. I just took my boat out of storage and the check out process was a breeze. Special thanks to Tallan. She helped us out!!! Thanks again!

I've had a storage unit here, for almost 2 years and all I can tell you is their Customer Service has gotten better and better! If you are lucky, you may get Ms. Nallely to help you and then you really do not have to worry about a thing. I had an issue with the door in my unit: she got it taken care of right away! She has an excellent knowledge of how important Customer Service is, especially in a place like Houston with so many storage places. She will do anything possible to help you!

Since the transition from StoreIt to Public Storage the on-site maintenance has declined and there is rarely anyone in the office for a face-to-face exchange. I wonder if the security cameras are actually working or monitored? I heard yesterday there was a boat stolen off the property recently. Yikes! Doesn't make me feel good about having my property there!
