Great customer service! Susan is always so friendly and helpful. She really seems to care about managing the property. For example, I've seen her walking the grounds with a magnet to pick up nails and screws; potentially saving her customers from an expensive tire replacement. Great job and thank you!

OMG! I finally got a real person to help me!! SUSAN was absolutely amazing and so kind! After much frustration with the web site, the chat assistant AND no real person at the Ben White PS location, I decided to risk another PS and found a car at the South Congress location. I went in and Susan was just AWESOME!! I've been with PS for over 25 years and it's been a long time since a staff person treated me with respect and kindness...THANK YOU SUSAN, BLESS YOU!!

This location is absolutely horrible for the price that is charged. One way in and out is very dangerous. Moving about the premises is horrendous, barely any room to move vehicles. The unevenous of the streets makes it hard to load vehicles. Public Storage should be band doing business in Texas. They continually raise rent without any notice. Will never rent from them again.

I would love for Susan to call me to talk about the water damage in my unit and the rude woman I spoke with in her lobby.

E V E R Y other storage facility customer experience ive had has been with someone who treated me like an annoyance. Here? not so. This place is disgraceful in the way they conduct business. I only had my belongings in their unit for TWO WEEKS and when moving out, noticed vermin feces, damaged property, etc. I called their facility to notify them of their vermin infestation. They were aware of the issue and stated there’s nothing they can do. When I suggested to notify surrounding units to mine, they stated, “We don’t want to scare the tenants with potential rodents notices”. So please be aware they have a rodent infestation that will damage your property, and they are just taking your money and don’t care about your belongings.

Go Susan! Not only was this awesome property manager polite and friendly, this whole experience was super simple by how informed the information was. I was able to have my account set up before I even left the store and my units ready to move in! Thanks again, Susan for your wonderful customer service!

I haven't had a great experience here. I call and don't speak to anyone at the property. I get the answering service which usually aren't that helpfull with the questions I had. That's happened everything I call no matter what time of day. I recently went into my unit this past weekend and was so disappointed and disgusted to see rat droppings all over the unit floor and they had urinated on my things. I haven't even been at this storage a year and the unit price is now going up again in January to 259.00. I really think for the money I pay for the unit there should not be rat droppings and urine all over my unit. I came out of my unit feel absolutely disgusting because of the amount of droppings I came in contact with just trying to get my Christmas decorations. I felt like I immediately needed to shower when I got home and still haven't brought my stuff in the house for fear of what kind of critters I'll be bringing inside and possibly infesting myself with mice and whatnot and spread that to my neighbors. I don't think I plan on staying here due to the rat droppings and urine, the rent increase and the location of the property which isn't as convenient as I thought it would be.

The bolt on my unit is defective and I have to call a locksmith and buy a new lock to access my unit EVERY single time. The property manager said fixing the broken bolt on the door is my responsibility. Be careful, they will give you a defective unit and put the responsibility on you to get it fixed. I hired movers today and had to pay them for an hour of their time and reschedule my move after driving in from another city.

Wow! Amazing service all the way around from Jeff over the phone to Susan at the front desk!! They both made the application very simple for a first time storage unit user. Public storage has amazing representatives with these 2.

Don’t store here. All though it’s a business you may get behind a month they will be ready to auction your unit. I had my money ready to pay late fees and everything and my unit was auctioned lower than what I owe. Much lower.

Great accessibility drive up and load in. Sucks for long vehicles, many of the guard poles on the corners are plenty bent out of shape. So remember, tight corners, Come out the way you came in and you'll have room. Go to the far end and try to loop around? Askin for a fender bend... Other than that the staff is wonderful and their online deals are fantastic!!!

My experience with public storage has been extremely excellent. Susan has been one of the best managers I’ve ever talked to. Not only is she so welcoming on the phone, and always shows respect when you talk to her, she also goes above and beyond to make sure everything on your account is right. She noticed something off with my account and took it upon herself to make sure it got fixed, and wow it was not only fixed she also is trying to make sure that the other issue is resolved as well. I couldn’t ask for anyone better than Susan, I know she understands that whenever she calls me and I don’t answer it’s either because I’m asleep or on the road driving my mixer. But when she does get that call through and I do answer or call back it’s always a blessing to hear such a well spoken and thoughtful voice on the other end. Thank you Susan for being such a kind person and being that helpful person you are. It’s much appreciated.
