We recently decided to downsize our storage to reduce costs. Public Storage recently raised our monthly rate for the second time since they purchased this property. We went into the office to pay our bill for May and to tell them we were considering moving to another company. The Public Storage site personnel, Misty, convinced us to stay with Public Storage in a smaller unit at a greatly reduced monthly rate. Misty coordinated a win-win, saving us money and the aggravation of moving as well as saving a long-term customer rfor Public Storage.
