Don’t believe their advertised times of business. I came to pick up some summer clothing at 8pm. They’re listed hours say they’re open until 9pm. Lies! All lies! The gate code box was completely dead!

Guy working hard
Had my unit broken into and several things stolen, including some sentimental childhood items. Managements response was basically, ‘file a report with APD and if they bother to contact us, maybe we’ll pull security footage.’ Since APD is totally worthless, this is the equivalent of saying ‘we don’t care, pound sand.’ Absolutely worthless management. Do not rent from here if you value your items in storage.
My camper was recently stolen from this location, probably bc the gate is always up and the manager, Susan is NEVER on site. To add insult to injury, Susan told me she canceled my contract but lo and behold, she DID NOT so another month was drafted from my bank account. Not only that, but she is not cooperating with my insurance company or returning my calls for a refund. She probably had something to do with the theft to be honest. Susan is clueless and a crook. Don't be like Susan and don't store anything with this God awful business.
Good luck renting a storage from here when they blocked both ways. You can’t enter.
Trash service and zero security,gate is left open. I had to come back and edit my review the hours it says it’s open is not true and there’s no one in the office. This is happened to me several times and can’t get a hold of anybody and have to leave messages. It’s really a circus. I’ve been renting here for years and management has gone downhill. Also the hours are 930 for the office and not 6 like google says.
Absolutely brilliant! Lauren Kimple and the young lady at the desk made my life so much easier. I live in Europe so could not be on site with my friend: account switching and storage unit switching, and they helped my friend who was liaising between myself and their lovely selves at the site. This is by far the best managed storage facility I've been to, ever. Jordan (The G.M. on the property) made everything simple from start to finish. Security is up to date, well lit and it's 24/7 access to this facility. If your looking for a storage facility this is the one you should go to.

Well after searching all day. With credit card in hand. I walked into this business . Mind you I looked like a melted popsicle.

Behind the counter after quoting me 243. On the phone. But when I walked in she said" Corporate had doubled the price and she didn't know why'. And it was 643 now. Right away I knew she was lying. If they will lie... They will steal. Guess I should Thank Her. Who wants to do business with a liar..,.
