False advertising. Started at $31. Within 4 months they increased the price to $71, then another 4 months to $87. Don't believe their fake pricing knowing it's expensive to move your things in and out. Choose a different brand and see how they handle their prices as well. Do not recommend.
Update:
Their price on their website says $46/mo with 2 units left. Don't believe it. They'll charge $46 for a month or two then raise your rent immediately after.

It's an older facility, to be sure, but I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because Maria is fantastic. I made a preliminary reservation online but I wasn't totally sold until I walked into to the office and she walked me through everything. She was patient and thorough and I genuinely left happier than I walked in.

I’m very happy I picked this storage location. Maria, the property manager always goes above and beyond when addressing any questions or last-minute requests, and she is very diligent when resolving technical issues, or when one is looking into switching storage units. The location is very convenient and central, and the fact that I can park right next to my storage unit is a big plus. The facilities are well kept and clean, customer service is consistent and welcoming, and the prices are way better compared to nearby storage facilities where service is not as good.
