The property manager is Justin. He is really friendly and does a great job keeping the facilities clean and tighty. One of the best experiences I've had from a storage facility. If you're on the fence about renting, do it!a

It’s been great up until this past week. Every single elevator is/was out of order. This means there is no access to the upper floors. Stairwells are locked from the inside but not clearly marked as “for emergency only” so I can imagine it’d be really easy to get trapped inside, unless there’s an emergency exit at the bottom.
I called PS and they only sent a message to mgmt. I called mgmt and left a couple voicemails but haven’t heard back on if the elevator’s are working again. Not very responsive in a timely manner at all.
OK, this is a bit of an edit or update. I took away a star because the door broke a week ago and after reporting it and leaving voicemail, I still haven’t heard back from the management of this property. If I call the toll-free number, they forward me to management of another property, so I’m not sure if they’re the same but if anybody , who manages this property can listen to their voicemail that would be super awesome so we can get our door fixed cause right now all of our stuff is completely wide open and thinking about it a bit. I just took another star.
Another update: it’s been nearly two months since our door went off its rails and fell on my head, but they finally fixed it after numerous calls and messages. I came by a few weeks ago and the front gate was broken (stuck in upright position) and today it is still this way. Par for course. Can I be the only one who has experienced this here at this location?

I had an amazing experience at this location! The prices are reasonable, it was professional and the unit was clean. The lady that helped me was great! I think her name was Susan, she was kind, very helpful and even made me laugh which was nice after a long day of moving!
Brandon and Aurora both helped me out they are some of the nicest people and you can tell they take pride in there work. Thank y’all again Brandon and Aurora.
Brandon is the absolute Best he found a unit at this location closer towards my house. He is very friendly, quick and efficient.

Public Storage, Inc. is an admiral paradigm for American Corporations in general: Hike your fees exorbitantly using a Bait-And-Switch technique; make your bureaucracy impenetrable to valid complaints; hire poorly trained employees for minimum salary and squeeze all you can out of them; and polish your reputation whenever possible by scrubbing your Google reviews. Here is my experience with Public Storage, Inc.: the low rates they initially provided rapidly escalated to $337.00 per month and, before I left, they were going to go up to $411.00 per month for a 10 ft. x 10 ft. storage space in Austin, TX—not New York City; the door to my unit was broken and I couldn’t raise it by myself–I reported this on 7/14/22 and when I left on 9/16/22 it was still not fixed. The mover and I had to raise the door using a 3 ton hydraulic floor jack and a 7 foot 2x4 to keep if from falling on us. They are slow to return phone calls if they return them at all. If you have money to burn and you really don’t need access to your stuff—don’t give it away–give it to these guys and they will charge you outlandish prices and provide zero service when you have a valid problem. Don’t look for remedies in the law. They change their corporate name and registered agent (i.e. the company’s local lawyer) so frequently that the Texas Secretary of State office could not penetrate this Shell game. I needed a quick storage unit for a few months. RJ helped me on many occasions while I was there (lost key, move in, move out etc). He was attentive and helpful.

We started using this storage facility over four years ago while remodeling our home. Expensive but not too far from my office and home. For over a year the lights were not working (seems like it would be an easy thing to replace the florescent bulbs) but we can't get them to call us back, set an appointment or notify us when “the maintenance person” is on the premises (apparently unpredictable). The suggested solution was for us to leave our keys with them. We have never missed a payment, but recently the cc we used to autopay expired, and they were quick to contact us. They were not interested in my concerns about the lights but only in getting paid. Today i went to the storage facility to take care of things in person (and again ask about the lights), but no one was there even though it was supposed to be open. Since i was there i decided to check our stuff. "Access denied..."check with management". So quick to lock you out but slow to maintain their part of the business arrangement. Maybe it is time to end this one-sided-arrangement and maybe a complain to the BBB is in order. Oh, did I mention that we were recently notified about a price increase!
I recently had an excellent experience at public storage on Beecave Road. RJ, the manager….was very professional and extremely courteous upon my visit. The facility is in excellent condition and RJ walked me back to the unit that I rented. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the hours of operation and overall regulations of the facility.

Manager was extremely rude and stole money from me. Asked to speak with a district manager, no one ever responded.
Brian is one of the best customer service reps I have seen in recent years. He let me know how everthing worked, gate access, loading elevator, passcodes, etc. I have never rented storage space before, so everything was new. Thank you, Brian and Public Storage, for making it easy!

Brian in the front office was very friendly and has exceptional customer service. The property has never looked so clean every time I drive through he is always cleaning and asking if anyone needs assistance as he passes by. I'll continue renting from here and send friends and family here to rent.
I've been working on clearing out our storage unit for the past two days, with more work ahead the next two. Brian has been absolutely outstanding in answering my questions, providing assistance and suggestions and taking a genuine interest in my experience. He is an outstanding representative for Public Storage and his customer service could not be better. Sorting through belongings and moving is never a fun experience, but Brian has made it far better and he has exceeded all expectations. I could not be more impressed with him.
