Downtown Arlington Storage Units Near I-30, Highway 360
Storage units in Arlington are located between Division and Abram streets just a half mile from downtown with easy access via Highway 360 or Tom Landry Freeway. RATS!!! YIKES!!! This place has a rat/mouse problem, and they don't seem to want to do anything about it. I have called 4 times over the last couple of months, and since they didn't answer, I left a message to discuss it. Unfortunately, no one returns my call. The rodents chew up everything. The insurance that I paid extra for won't respond either (Orange Door Insurance). It's quite frustrating to be ignored. I did reach an agent today, and she confirmed that I would no longer be charged monthly since I moved out a couple of weeks ago. Now, I will need to see if I can get the insurance to cover the damaged property. (Fingers crossed)
But I would avoid this location and find a place where it's easier to reach the staff and they don't have rodents.

Called on August 15th and let someone know that my unit is now vacant and I no longer require it - was told they would mark down August as my last month. Sept 9th - got an email about a missed payment for Sept rent. Called the district manager, Cody - no answer, left voicemail. 9/24 - still have a charge on my account + late fee. Never got a call back.

Love the atmosphere walking into the Collins location. The manager Danielle greets you with a big smile as soon as you walk in the office. The environment is very clean and the manager Danielle provided wonderful customer service. The staff does NOT stay until
End of shift and you sit and wait and then she sneaks and leaves so you can’t receive help. My storage had rats so a lot of my items got damaged. I wouldn’t rent here. The service is not good and obviously rats are not a good sign either.

This place allows homeless and junkies to live in their units. They broke into my unit and they won’t do anything about it. Just said file a police report which I have and a claim but never got any reaction from the staff. Your stuff is not safe at the collins location!! Nobody ever in the office either.

YOU CAN NEVER REACH NO ONE OVER THE PHONE EVEN WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE NO ONE STILL CALLS YOU BACK. My storage fee went up $30 with no reasons why. I been trying to contact someone for over 2 weeks I left so many messages and no one still hasn’t returned my calls. This is sad at this point.

We are never able to reach someone after hours. Ever. Nor during. Ever. Yet not supposed to go in after 9 pm- unacceptable
I stopped in to pay my rent. I store at another location out of town. I was going to have to move out because of rent cost but Danielle was very helpful and she was able to get my rent reduced for 6 months. Very grateful. If you have storage needs go see Danielle.

Do not rent from this facility, these franchise owners are never in the office. They probably work somewhere else.
This Storage place only opens from 6am to 9 pm. You can not access your belongings when needed.
