Denise is amazing and so is this facility. One reason I love it is because you don't have to fight traffic to get there but it is still very close and accessible for me. Getting there from Augusta Rd, I26 and Sunset Blvd is super easy. f you are looking for storage this should be your pick. Like it was mine. Renting was so easy and again, Denise is awesome!

The facility is a good one, however if I were to do it again I would not. I have had this storage bill going on 3 years. Everything in this storage could have been replaced with brand new items for the money I wasted on storage. That being said hindsight is 20/20. As for this storage facility it's one of the best in location, cleanliness and budget. It is also managed by good people that try to help. If you must get a storage facility this one is as good as it gets for the greater Columbia area. I know as I searched everywhere.

Diedra Williams is a phenomenal and a outstanding woman. Very great hospitally and to who this may concern it is in my best judgement that commercial business need more people like her to represent their company. Alot of businesses today are not big on giving outstanding customer service and remaining humble under all kinds of pressure and dealing with different types of personality and different types of situations to deal with when they arise. It is also my best judgement that Mrs. Williams be recognize for her great workmanship and hospitallity service that she gives. Mrs. Williams gives off the energy as a person that always remain calm and never gets upsets. If she wasn't working for this company I would hire her with no hesitation and I would pay top pay. Mrs. Williams is definitely an asset to public storage.
