Horrible storage experience. My unit was rat infested and was damaged by rat piss and poop. Manager told me he would help me but charged me twice. Promised to file a claim before I left and when an agent reached out was told it was not done. Charged me for a lock I already had as well.
Rat infestation! They have Rats! Lost 45%of belongings. Manager stated on the phone he knew he has a rat problem. Knew about it prior to us moving in and still let us move in. Public storage says it’s not their problem you rent at your own risk. Insurance only covers 250$ worth of damage. And the bill to dump was 120$… I had to handle rat pee soaked items on my move in day and clean everything I own before moving in. They put my health at risk and didn’t care, I lost keeps sakes from my brother who’s passed. When i contacted the company they said it’s my fault…. Wait, what, how!? Cause you had bleach in your unit….? What!?

This place has rat infestation and homeless people living inside of the units. Attention has been brought up to them and they refuse to take any action towards this problem, don't rent a storage here. Your stuff will be damaged and the insurance doesn't want to cover the damages.

Horrible! Dealing with insurance from the rat infestation that no one cares about! Never even got a call back from management! Employees were good help! But for over $300 a month you think they would care if they had rats destroying peoples stuff

I somehow lost my key the day after I bought my first unit. I called this place and got a locksmith in less than 2 days to come out and replace it. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful/ understanding. Prices on units aren’t bad either, I’m definitely sticking with public for now
I buy storage lockers at auction. Gambled on a ten buck unit at this location for a kinda cute looking couch. RATS BAD! I knew it the second I opened the door into the building, everything smelled like mildew and rat piss. Cute couch was in fact cute, but total trash due to rat poop and pee.

My unit was infested with rats for over a year. I finally moved out and threw a bunch of stuff away. I brought this to their attention twice. They said they were working on it, but the only bait stations I saw were by the entrance and there were none anywhere even close to my unit. I would also like to add that when I moved my stuff out that there were no nests in my unit, so the rats must have been living in another unit. I had droppings everywhere all over my stuff.

Our family has had a unit here for around 3 years and the rent was always going up. At times we would go in and ask the reason for yet another increase (multiple times in one year) and they would “adjust for the region.”
This latest raise (of $65/mo!!) was ridiculous. The notification of the increase with less than 30 days notice was the final straw.
In looking at other nearby storage facilities, the prices (no discount) is $100 less.
Furthering the expenses at PS was how, even though we asked questions, we were told we needed the rental insurance they provided for $15/mo. This cost is covered under our existing homeowners insurance, as we thought it would have been.
Moving our stuff out within 2 weeks was super fun. Especially because nights were not an option. The light has been out in our unit for the last 6 months. Management was notified (an official looking dude literally wrote it on his official looking clipboard), but nothing was done.

They started construction work and I have been unable to get into my unit for a week now. They didn’t even have the decency to warn me.
Open on sundays is a + for the office, Bluetooth entry is a + I like knowing my things are safer than out in the opening.

Horrible experience. Raised rent by half again as much in the first year. Nosy, and concerned with how much time you spend there. Completely infested with rats. Like, tons of rats.

DO NOT RENT HERE. The manager is not on site, even during the time window specified on the website. They do not answer the phone. They told me they need to "verify my documents" before the access code will start working - however there is no one who could do that. It cannot be done online. Chat customer support on their website is rude and unhelpful. Overall, a terrible experience - lost a bunch of money and a whole lot of time. Rent elsewhere so you don't have to deal with horrible customer support at Public Storage.
Getting to pricey $189/mo to keep an RV there now.. Even my truck spot has raised rates..Rates have all gone up more than a little..

Cheaper than the rest Newly renovated alot better now than was before. The manager has great communication seem to be very friendly and help me out right away one time my lock was accidentally not on properly and they contacted me overlocked to make sure nothing would get stolen that was all good.
Easy to rent online; however, if you need anything else, you're out of luck. I rented a storage and ended up not needing it, so I tried to cancel. Theres no option to cancel online, so I called customer service. That number forwarded me to the office. No answer. Ok, I leave a message. Didn't hear back, so I called several times the next day. No answer or return call. I get on the chat and the rep says I have to contact the location to cancel. I'm sent in circles with no resolution so I finally make it over to the storage place during work hours. The door is locked and the front office looks like nobody works there. What??? So I get on chat again and they are finally willing to help me since I made a fuss about being onsite and calling several times. Great, everything cancelled now. Wait, my refund. I get everything back except the administration fee of $29. Really!? This isn't a lot of money, but it's the principle of things. I will never ever rent from Public Storage.

The manager Christine was wonderful and very helpful. She made sure I was well taken care of and found me a unit closer to the front of the property. She wanted to make sure I felt safe and was very caring. I am very pleased with the management at this location.
