Shout out to Jessica for going out of her way to help with our rent issues
Unable to ever get a hold of anyone. Not even the main customer service branch. I just need assistance getting the lock off due to losing the keys. I have my account information and proof of identity. Locksmiths are of course hesitant to simply unlock a storage (completely understandable). Even the kiosk person is no help.
Clean units. Appreciate the help from a polite staff member.would definitely recommend.

The people that answer the phone at the call center are very disrespectful and want a first last name, phone number and email in order to give me a price for a storage facility.

After renting a few months, I happened to look on the app and see my rent went up. I called to see why, and the lady said she didn't know. I asked why I wasn't notified of the increase, and she said, "we don't even know about price increases." I'm very disappointed because I was getting a good deal and I'm tired of moving storages and there's not a lot of options anymore because Public Storage has bought everyone out.

I DO NOT recommend. Raised my rates DOUBLE over 12 months. I moved in at $56, 9 months later went to $76 and today I see it’s now $99!!! Then in their “office” that no longer has a human they advertise a space BIGGER than mine for $70 a month. “Cheap” to get you in then raise rates tremendously once it’s a pain to move out. I moved out today and will make sure anyone I know doesn’t use this crooked company. ZERO stars
Been renting here for about 2 years. Pricing is super fair, now I just need to stop being lazy and find a place for my excess stuff lol

This place over charges and on top of that. been paying for 13 years which is over 30 thousand dollars! We are disabled and have fallen on hard times and have less than a pickup truck load full of stuff and want to keep charging us after we told them we are homeless and can't pay I will never recommend this place and will spread the word

I have been renting the same unit since Jan 2019 and started at 39$ well here it is 2 years later and my rent has dang near doubled to 72$ and about fed up with the rate increases. They need to fix this or I'm getting rid of the unit. By the way John the property manager is about the only good part of the company!

John is such a great guy and good manager. I just left up there and left my lock on the ground and my storage door open without realizing it and he closed it and locked for me before telling me. Which is great, that way no one could just walk in there and take whatever. He helped me out tremendously
They just purchased the location on Eastern off Main. First thing they did was cut gate hours. I called to voice my concern since I’m a long time paying customer. The customer service was terrible, basically said we don’t care about our customers we close our gates earlier. I’ll be moving my stuff elsewhere immediately. Store your stuff anywhere else!
John is a really good guy that runs the place... he's always been very helpful....
I like the storage unit. Unfortunately, they consistently raise the prices at least yearly). If you onky need a unit for a few months this is a good choice. If you need long term storage, stay away unless you dont minds constant price hikes. To bad they don't appreciate their EXSISTING customers instead of offering deals and low prices to new customers. Keep your current customers by not raises their rates ALL the time.
I rented a storage unit from this business for over a year and from start to finish I had no problems or hassles. I felt safe and protected in the property; and there aren’t any rodents or other pests that I saw. I worked with John and he was kind and professional. Thank you for your patience and help!!
