Renting here was easy, Becky was great. I also like that there is a kiosk to use if we need it and the property is nice, seems safe and is right off the main road.

It’s been nothing but a pain since day one called in to Rent a climate control unit a representative lied to me sold me on a unit when I get there with a load of stuff I found out the unit wasn’t climate controlled at all. It was just an inside unit which was supposed to be according to customer service cheaper than the outdoor units, but I ended up getting charged more after an hour and a half on the phone the manager at customer service was very nice. Took care of me and got me the unit that I needed.. After this, they told me that the climate control units were kept around 75° this is not true at all. It’s extremely hot. We’ll get a thermometer and take pictures for proof. After paying $113 and change I look on the app and it tells me that I owe them $22 more only four days after I just paid them 113 when my units only $50 a month. I called and spent another hour and a half on the phone with them. No one could tell me anything and told me to call back another time. I called in again and they told me that I would have a $40 credit on my account so just wait for that to come in. Called back again because it’s saying past due on my account on the first only a couple days after I rented the unit I called back into customer service spent another hour on the phone and they said it was for the prorated days, but not to worry that I had till the 27th to pay and I said well, what about my $40 credit needless to say after a long conversation there was no $40 credit… The very next day I get calls from Public Storage harassing me to pay them $13 stating that it was overdue and everyone pays on the first even though they told me the 27th I asked her which one was it and all she kept repeating was everyone pays on the first keeping in mind this is only four or five days after I just gave them $113 for a $50 a month unit and have received no credits I even returned the lock to them that they wanted to charge me some outrageous fee for and I still haven’t received a credit for that because they charge you ahead of time. Also, don’t go by the pictures there is no inside Lil store. You can buy boxes and tape or an inside person. This storage facility only has a small kiosk inside that works the same as if you would call on your telephone. It’s just been one thing after another, but after you get your stuff inside, what are you gonna do and They know that. now they are sending me messages harassing me that I need to pay $13 when customer service told me I had to the 27th and the lady that called me earlier in the day to harass me for $13 told me they weren’t lying that you do have till the 27th, but everyone pays on the first and I needed to pay so now they’re sending me text messages. This is just ridiculous. Don’t ever go here.

I won a storage auction here on Friday 08-22, but the facility told me nobody would be there that day. We agreed to meet on Saturday around noon. Due to family circumstances I was delayed and arrived at 12:50. I tried to call while driving to let them know, but no one answered. When I got there, nobody was on site, and after waiting 10 minutes and calling several times without response, I had to leave. Unreliable access and poor communication — I wasted my time and still lost the unit. I have experience with many auctions and I always fulfill my obligations, this is the first time I have encountered such access problems.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been storing items for at least 20 years, since way before Public Storage, at least 2005. My rent started at $99, it is now up to $322. No reasons why, goes up every 3 months or so since Public took over. Always paid rent on time, but they are scammers. Used to have very friendly people who were consistently present at the office. Now you'll be lucky if you can get manager to be there when you have the Kiosk call them during the time they said they would be present, but they won't let you in the office, they said the door doesn't open, never has, which I know to be a lie, I've been inside the office plenty of times when the unit was owned and managed by actual human beings. Don't let the low online prices tempt you. If you actually do speak with the never there manager in person, she'll put on a ficade, they are not any help and couldn't care less what your problem is, as long as you're not bothering her during business hours.

*Shared my frustrations over the phone today, and the manager/staff member was nice. This review does not reflect against her customer service towards me* I've had this storage unit since before Public Storage took over. I have a 10x20 unit that was renting for $129/month without additional insurance requirement ($15). Public storage took over and required insurance, so that brought my cost to $144/mo (September 2022). Less than 6 months later, they increased my rate to $188 in Feb 2023. Now, a year later, they are increasing it to $226/mo. Called today to hopefully get some sort of resolution, only to be told there is nothing they can do. This is NOT a climate controlled unit (why the exponential increase??). This is a $97/month increase in less than two years. I have no doubt that Public Storage will continue to increase at an unreasonable rate. I am looking forward to getting my stuff out of storage ASAP, and would warn others to look elsewhere for their storage needs as well. UPDATE: Another rate increase in Jan 2025 to $270. Finally got my stuff out!!!

**I would give them negative stars, if I could** I strongly advise against using Public Storage. My experience has been a complete nightmare, primarily due to their underhanded business practices. They consistently implement multiple price increases per year, and they also tack on various, seemingly arbitrary, additional fees. These increases are never clearly communicated; you'll often find them buried in your bill or discover them when your payment is suddenly higher. It feels like a constant bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, reaching the staff at my location is incredibly difficult. They seldom answer the phone, and I've had to call numerous times to get through. It's ironic, because if you're even a few days late on your rent (in my case, a mere four days), they will contact you immediately and relentlessly. The combination of unpredictable and frequent price hikes, the unclear fee structure, and the poor customer service makes Public Storage a storage facility to avoid at all costs. I am actively looking to move my belongings to a different facility. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You will regret choosing Public Storage.

Used to be secure care self storage abd then public storage bought them out and doubled the storage rent and closed earlier and went to some kind out kiosk where you can never talk to anyone face to face and get some direct answers.

When I initially started with this storage is was MOORE STORAGE great prices no hassle. I should have been grandfathered in on price Then it was bought out by public storage and the price of my unit has increased once every 6 MONTHS for 2 years and they are RIDICULOUS spikes in price it has gone from abt $138 a month to now $295 DO NOT do business with PUBLIC STORAGE they are not trustworthy and taking advantage of their clients. I will be coming to remove my belongings immediately! This is INSANE

I Love this storage facility- they are updating the way you have to enter and exit, which makes it more secure. Debi is always so helpful and makes me feel like I am her favorite renter all the time.
