Hello, my name is Ray Anthony Moore. I recently rented a storage space in Spring Valley. Right before renting the space I had unfortunate episode with my house so I was in the middle of moving my longest to the storage space and it took me over close to two days to do it because I didn’t understand about the 9 o’clock curfew. I had to spend extra money and leave my stuff on the truck overnight, which I did not have but thank God I had it and now I’m searching to feed my eight years old daughter and my wife because that was all the money I had. No need to complain about that to anybody, but I received a phone call today by Mitch and his wonderful partner Hannah that completely brought me down from anger to happy. I don’t know how the heck they did that but they did it and they worked together like glove on hand. They know what they doing. They know how to do it and she like they’ve been together. Should I say it seem like these two was born together, but they brought me at ease and made me felt that everything was OK. I don’t know how to describe these two but the admirable I guess I have a poor way, describing the best of the best because when it comes to the best of the best in your eyesight like mine, there’s no words can find the perfect thing with they all about the only thing I can say this they make you feel at home they make you feel at ease they make you feel welcome they make you wanna spend money and spread the word that public storage is the best place to be at I even asked a young man can I have a job with them and the only reason is this because he’s happy and I love to be out of place with the workers happy if the work is happy the place goes smooth. It makes the customers happy and makes the customer. Tell another sad customer want to go over there and be happy Mitch and Hannah. I took my hat off to you until next time public storage in God we trust anyone read this message actual Mitch and Hannah they get you through a stone and keep your wall and get you there when you’re un aware

On march 23rd of 2014 I went to the storage for a space. I was immediately greeted by Ashley, who instantly understood my needs and provides me with a unit. She reminds me every month of my duty to the storage. We are like family. I most say I had a great experience because of her providing outstanding customer services. Apart from Ashley they kept all my belongings even my pictures and video of wedding and first communion. I was hurt . If you 2 days late you will also loss everything. Make sure if you going away to leave someone to look after your things or take them out

A costly annoying bill. But if you can afford it and need it. What can u do? They should have more dollies to assist the move in /outs of the storage unit. It’s a self service set up. But if u need someone, you can call a number and someone will meet you at the unit to assist. For the most part its clean & serves its purpose. The bathroom which I used Maybe twice during the 18 months that I had the storage unit, could be cleaned more frequently. But it’s cool!

Great storage units clean place and easy to access very cheap and the self-serve kiosks are very intuitive overall great experience.

Back when I first rented we had Ashley here and she was the bast, and now again recently she is the district manager I think and she helped me with my little problems, I think even if public Storage should make her some ceo she won't loose the personal touch (not having any problems with the new managers.. But it's very hard to fill Ashley's place)

this place is an overpriced, RAT INFESTED, joke of a storage place. save yourself hundreds of dollars of loss in your items and go elsewhere. a few times the gate wasn’t closed so anyone can drive in. you can hear the rats squeaking and running around. it’s diabolical. the rats have absolutely DESTROYED so much of my stuff, items that had deep emotional value…HORRIBLE PLACE. 10/10 do not recommend!!! i have more photos but these show the state of some stuff about 4 months ago. unfortunately we haven’t had time/money to move everything out to a new location. but we are planning to move it all out asap to avoid paying over $100 /mo for our stuff to continue to be destroyed!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Because the atrocity that is this facility is incredibly disgusting and alarming. From the moment we walked in, the SMELL OF RATS/MICE hit you like a truck. From the 1st glance at the floors you see traps near the elevators and hallways but droppings all over our unit. Since we had already paid, we had no choice but to put our items in. But when I tell you we swept out that place and put plastic down and put traps down because we refuse to play with our furniture and items. End result, HOW DISGUSTING an absolute shame to be up and running, seems like there's almost nothing being done about it. Garbage in the hallway in front of our unit, just ATROCIOUS. Edit/Update... we went back just 2 days later and low and behind. RATS ON THE TRAP. Multiple! We are going further with this complaint. Another Update... More rats! Every rat on our trap we're putting in the hallway for everyone to see Update.. We will keep leaving mice for everyone to see. No one should ever use these places. Update. I was contacted by Ashley and in agreement with the other 5star reviews, she sure can calmly and with respect address a situation. She offered me a new room in a different location and was very assertive to explain why I may have had the experience I did. If it were not for Ashley, my 1 star review would stand. But after our pleasant conversation I can certainly say this company NEEDS her, desperately. Thank you Ashley😌

Good service

Horrible customer service, better hope when you move in that your light switch works, because mine didn’t, and it took them over a month to fix. Then they tried to tell me, an electrician, that the switch blew apart because I had an outlet in the light switch, yeah that would require the light to even work in the first place, and for me to run a hell of a lot of electricity for that to even conceivably happen. Not compensated one bit for this entire ordeal. Nor was anyone that works there helpful in any way.

The manager Ashley is always so helpful, she shared how to download the app and now I can make payments through my phone. 😀

We hired a mover, Honest Movers Moving and Storage from Miami, FL, to move our belongings from NY to SC. The mover never delivered our items and instead locked them in a Public Storage Unit and then did not pay the fees on the unit. We were able to locate our items and the Public Storage managers helped us get back our belongings that were stolen by the mover. They were very helpful and understood our situation. Thank you to Craig Barber and George Stivala, the regional and district managers. Also special thanks to Jose who gave us access to the unit and assisted new movers to move our furniture. Public Storage went above and beyond to help us out of a pretty bad situation.
