Great facility! Super clean. The manager marisa was super great!

So this will be my third or fourth email to public storage I removed everything from my unit in preparation to put more stuff in my unit I get an email on that day which was a week before my payment was due thank you for being a public storage customer and you know you're paid up you moved out blah blah blah there was nobody even at the facility which is pathetic that you don't have somebody at the facility during normal business hours and you basically kick me to the curb so I'm waiting for an email back from someone but I have not received one not so much as a phone call in a message not a text not even at carrier pictures or anything like that public storage has got to be the worst storage facility I've ever had to deal with and I've been renting from them from years on multiple occasions with multiple solid units and like I said I moved out a week early I was paid till the end of the month haven't gotten a call or anything about a refund for the rest of the monthly said don't come back even though I never said to anybody that I was leaving so here I am still waiting for my week's refund and no communication whatsoever so what do you do at this point other than trash public storage which I will continue to do on every site that I'm on until I get my one week's refund yes I can be a complete and total bastard and that's exactly what I'm going to do until I get my 1 weeks refund I hope everybody enjoys this review

We've had a storage unit here since January 2025. The place is clean and Marisa is excellent at managing the facility. She showed us all of the options and answered our questions. Marisa is wonderful! I am taking off one star for a basic design flaw- there should be a separate entrance without needing garage access. To access the storage units, you must go through one of the 2 garage doors. They should have offered another option because if there is a vehicle in each bay, it is hard to enter with your items and have direct access to the facility between the two cars.

This was my first time renting a storage facility and the process was efficient and easy. After the initial phone call for basic information I visited the new local facility in Mahwah. Marisa was very helpful, showed me several units, patiently answered my questions and assisted with finalizing the rental. I highly recommend this facility!

Nicest storage place ive found, clean and carts are always lined up neatly. Customer service is amazing as well, Marisa helped me pick out the unit I needed. Definitely recommended to all in the Mahwha area!

This is a new facility in the area and I went forward with leasing a storage unit here, because of the outstanding customer service provided to me by Marisa. I met with Marisa initially and she spent a considerable amount of time with me, showing me numerous units and answering all of my questions. Her patience, knowledge and communicative skills, put me at ease. I will also add that I visited the Mahwah location a number of times, before making my decision to rent there, and another young lady Crystal, was extremely helpful as well, when Marisa was not on-site. I booked the unit online and then re-visited the physical location, where Marisa completed the rental process. A+++ Customer Service. Highly Recommended.
