I was dealing with a stressful day and I needed a storage space to store my home items, after visiting a couple locations I stopped at the Public Storage in Pelham, I was greeted by the property manager Brian, Brian was able to provide me with all the proper information, and he also took the time to walk me through the step by step process of getting to my unit on the property, after considering all the locations I visited that day I decided to go with the Pelham location, that location was neat and clean and provided outstanding customer service, thank you Public Storage.
Wonderful facility. Quiet, clean and secure. Miguel and Brian are very pleasant and always helpful. The early to late access hours are also a plus. In my
opinion, this is the best short term storage in this area.

Disappointed with the fake reviews...Place wreaks of MOLD..Absolutely not climate controlled, if my things get damaged by mold. The measly $5000 insurance will not cover anything after lying adjusters will definitely deny or low ball a claim. I have to get out of here as fast as I entered. I am suffering a mold crisis at home and had to throw away 80% of my property and vacate. The little I have left is not worth in the hands of this facility..truly Disappointed from the gate. Let it be known, I have to find another place to store my things.
