If I could give this place zero stars I would. We rented this storage three days ago and we didn't know the hours of the place. And honestly we didn't check. But I think the person who was there would have help us. But he decided not to. I feel like they should fire this person for not caring about the customers. This happened on November 16, 2024 a few minutes before closing. So we were very confident. and we entered the storage. While we were organizing the storage, someone called us to tell us that he was outside because he was going to help us organize and take out some things we had there... so we went outside to let him in and when we tried to open the door of the building it was closed, and our storage was left open and with some of our things outside... so we decided to go outside to an office that the building has outside. And there was a person who didn't even let us talk to him to explain that our storage was left open. And we had to call Customer Service to explain the situation that was happening. so the girl from Customer Service was trying to call the office to get the person inside to talk to her but that person wouldn’t answer the phone he just stared at us and nodded saying it was closed….. the guy knew exactly that we were outside and wanted to talk to him but the guy ignored us and decided not to talk to us. so we had to leave the place and leave our storage unlocked and open with our belongings outside in the hallway…. how disappointing. I honestly feel like this person would have even had the courtesy to talk to us but he didn’t just stare at us…

Needs later access times this is very unfair to people who work evening shifts or essential workers or just people in an area or neighborhood. Other public storage locations have longer times where you can actually access your storage.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE! My mom complained a lot about this storage and today, 5/26/24, the worst thing happened at the storage unit. The office worker on site locked my 71 yr old mother in the unit. She had people there moving out her things. No one checked or warned her that when the offices closes that she won’t have access to the elevator or that she would have to leave before the office closes. She was panicking when she realized she was locked in. Very unprofessional of the staff at this unit.

Nice and clean... but their rates skyrocket to astronomical prices. At the end of every month there are a ton of folks moving out due to pricing. And they only have 3 carts for the entire facility.

I showed up at 9 AM with a moving company ready to vacate my mother’s unit for her (10 ft by 15 ft unit that was filled with a lot of furniture). Was disappointed to see that we couldn’t access the unit until the office opened and the office was not scheduled to open until 9:30. Ultimately this was my fault for not checking their hours — which I take accountability for. So, I treated the movers to gatorades and donuts for I’m the local Seven Eleven expecting the office to open promptly at 9:30 AM. No one was present at 9:40 AM so I call. the help line that was provided. The woman on the phto ask if there was something if she could do or someone she could call or a number if I could call since I was paying the movers hourly. I couldn’t even get the words out before she hung up. When the office manager showed up at 9:45 AM she didn’t apologize or provide an explanation for her lateness to me and the other 3 customers that were waiting. I understand that things happen that cause us to be late. It happens to everyone including me but I wish that there was more consideration when it happens. Customer service overall was not great.

I would give zero stars if I could. Rat-infested, droppings in every corner of the place. My furniture was contaminated and ruined. I notified the girl in the office, she stated that I should expect that they have rodents. I emptied my unit and filed a claim, they refunded me $200. Disgusting.
