I have been at this storage facility for about 6 to 7 years. The facility is always spotless and safe. I’m very particular where I put my items, and this was a very safe spot. Pricing was perfect and when I did need help, Kim was amazing. She went above and beyond her role as a site manager to help me and I will forever be grateful to her. Especially making sure I was not charged an extra fee or month since I returned to remove the lock a day after old location's expiration date. Also she gladly helped me remove some discarded items. EDIT: They raised the rate by $65 after 6 months without warning. Lightning strike on the route 88 gate has not been fixed since September. The gate was left open for over a week so anyone could enter/exit the facility. The gate still does not function
