I came to look at a 10x30 storage unit and I met Heather at the property. Heather helped me with the entire process. I was having some problems at the kiosk doing my rental so Heather took me in the office and we tried to do the rental by phone . My phone wasn't allowing me to submit my payment and then the computer was acting funny so Heather and I went back to the kiosk and got assistance from the PM . Finally we got the rental to go through as there was only the one space at that size available at this location- which is where I wanted to store. At the end of this I just want to say that Heather was so helpful, patient and kind - it took us a hour - but we got it done. I appreciate her help so much !!
Came to the property looking for a storage space to park my boat for the season and Heather the PM on site was outside and informed me that this property has no outside storage for boats but she did direct me in the right direction of which Public Storage's do have that option available! Heather was very nice and if I ever need storage for other reason's I will definitely check here first!!

Amanda is an excellent employee. I was very nervous because I heard odd sounds & I called the office. She answered and said she will be right there & came in 7 minutes tops. She went into the facility, surveilled it, and then waited with me while I unloaded my property for about an additional 15 minutes. As someone who struggled with anxiety and am making a huge move on my own this meant a lot to me. If all of public storage employees are like Amanda, then the hiring process is phenomenal & needs to be an industry standard. I am very thankful for her, god bless!
