I've used public storage quite a few times in the past, but this store is unique. I assumed I'd be stuck with a kiosk and a phone call if I needed help. Not at this place. Wanda was there to help me twice , and right on time. No long holds or awkward conversations with an automated kiosk.

Today I had a horrible experience with Public Storage! After several phone call and different representatives I finally was able to get assistance from the manager Amanda W. from Concord Parkway. She came out from her site to assist me with my transfer. Not only did she assist me with the transfer, she cleaned the storage unit for me and offered me water. She has a good heart and an amazing personality. Honestly, I wish more people could be helpful and kind in the world and at Public Storage. Thank you Amanda W. for providing great customer service because I was really having a terrible experience with public storage. Now I feel relieved that everything has been taking care of before my move in date.

I have rented a unit at this location for more than five years. I went to the office the other day as I had some questions only to find they no longer have a live person at this location! So, I called the number for live help and ended up leaving a voicemail. A little frustrated by this time however, I received a callback within 30 minutes from a very nice young lady named Jen. I explained all of my questions to Jen and she was extremely polite and said I will need to make a phone to call to get you the correct information and I will call you back. Jen called back within a few minutes and MADE MY DAY! I have spent a small fortune at this place, but Jen was able to help me with what I needed!!!! THANK YOU JEN!!!!!

Rented a storage unit online and needed help on the day we were set to move stuff in. Sharon was in the office and helped me over the phone to arrange things. She as a ray of sunshine in the midst of a really horrible morning full of moving issues and made sure everything was set up and ready for when we arrived with the movers. She was also super friendly when I stopped by the office after everything was loaded into our unit. Had a wonderful experience and excellent customer service. Thank you!!
I was renting a 2nd unit from the Weddington Rd location (which only has a self-service kiosk) and could not receive ANY assistance from the online personnel (customer svc or reservations depts). FINALLY, was able to leave a message to have someone locally call me back and Sharon met me at the Weddington Rd the following day to handle our 2nd unit rental. She drove all the way to meet me in person, show me several different units so I could find one that suited my needs and handled all of the paperwork on the spot. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend Sharon for ALL of my storage needs and wish she was full-time at my Weddington location!
