11/22 - because of the poor quality of the unit rain destroyed all of my things . Then I had to argue with the insurance company to even get a tiny amount of money for my personal belongings . 05/23 - flood destroys my things once again . I work full time and have kids I do not have time to constantly come up there and throw my things away and do more insurance claims . I finally had time the other night to throw my things away however MY LOCK HAD BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHER ONE I do not have a key to ( I was not notified in any way ) I called customer service wednesday night and was told someone would call me the next day NO ONE CALLED . I called today . no answer .
My unit got broken into the first week of my stuff being there. Someone cut the lock and rummaged through my stuff. Skip this and go somewhere where they actually monitor closely who comes/goes with cameras.

I booked a storage space today and vacated within an hour. The space did not work but, Tammy was so helpful throughout the entire process. She had me also call we care to make sure I received proper credit for the unit and Mrs. Debra who was also sweet assisted her with the rest of the transaction. Tammy was super helpful getting me set up and paid. I was trying to do this from out of state, and she coordinated and expedited everything between me and my daughter who lives there. Tammy took all the pain out of doing this. I had spent three or four arduous days on the phone trying to find and secure a location that was close enough to where I was going to be living, and would accept a moving POD to be delivered on premises long enough for us to unload and transfer the contents into the storage unit at a later date. I am so grateful for her above and beyond service!

Why my rate going up again?? It's now $108 for 5×10 storage...I didn't get anythg for free during 1st month. I've had a few issues with Public Storage, I hate I even have to use their facility, the insurance company doesn't get back to you when u file a claim for damages, it leaks inside my storage & ruined my expensive rug. No feedback no nothing. 7/20/20...update Public Storage reached out to me after the previous post to make things right/better & the manager (Bre) has been on top of it!! A lot of times we deal with bad service & don't speak on it, when reality is most companies what to satisfy the clients/customers & I feel that's exactly what's happened here!! I finally decided to complain & Bre reached out to help!! Thx Public Storage for listening & following up!

It's a storage unit, nothing exciting. I assumed that all the units you could.just pull up in front of the door. After I paid and got my access code I was informed that my unit was inside and that I would have to carry my stuff in and down the hall about 75 feet. I'm handicapped and walk with a leg brace. Had I known I would have asked for an outside unit.

Went to move my stuff into the storage unit , no cart available because another customer locked it in his locker. Light in my locker doesn't work. Wasn't notified of mandatory insurance required to start storage. Paid one month and will be moving out in a week. Added cost totaled $57.51 for a $41 online monthly fee. Was supposed to be a $25 start up cost, we got there and surprise ..... $25 + $20 lock fee + $11 insurance fee. Don't recommend!!!

We started renting in late April, and we have had a great experience! It wasn't long before we outgrew our unit and needed another one. Tammy was absolutely outstanding! Instead of getting another one the same size, she suggested a larger one which had more square footage than two of the others put together, and was less expensive than paying for two! She couldn't have been nicer and more helpful through the entire process! Kudos to Tammy and to PStorage for having such a terrific employee!

So easy to set up storage facility, Space was clean and they even let us borrow their cart to remove our items from our storage facility when we left so we didn't have to rent a 2-wheeler. I stored an entire house full of items here for several months. I had a couple minor issues that were the fault of an employee. When I expressed my concern over the issues I was immediately contacted by the district manager who took the time out of her day 2 look into the situation and correct the issues and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and a satisfied customer. Anyone with her dedication is someone I would most definitely do business with again.

Tammy is the main reason I recommend this particular storage facility. A lot of places may be neat and clean, but the personnel and attention to the client's needs makes a world of difference.
The best storage facility I have ever used. And I have used more than a few. The place is clean, dry, well-lighted, safe, and easily accessible. I used this facility to store our belongings while we were buying a house. After moving out of the unit, we discovered that all of our boxes and furniture was infested with cockroaches. We did not have roaches before having our stuff in the storage unit, and now we are dealing with roaches in our new house because of this storage facility and the units next to the one we had.

I would definitely use them again. The facility was clean and well lit. We dealt with Tammy who was very friendly and efficient in answering all our questions.

Just got my locker Friday, the service has been great! I ordered my unit online and then decided to upgrade when I got there Tammy was very helpful. She called me immediately after I ordered it online, to go over a few things. When I stopped by to fill out the paper work and look at the unit, she was a pleasure to work with. The location is convenient and Tammy was very helpful! Nice and easy!
My mom, Tammy, property manager of public storage, is a wonderful woman. She always has a smile on her face when she greets each and every customer. Every on her rough and busy days she keeps an optimistic view and a positive outlook on her job and her life. She is courteous, caring, and makes sure every person has what best fits their needs. You will never feel as though you could have had a better experience elsewhere, because she will give the upmost respect to each and every individual. Tammy is the storage master!
This unit was not the closest one to my house, but that one didn't have room so they directed me here. Planned to only use unit for month or so until I could get rid of estate furniture that I was executor of. I decided not to set up automatic payment at my bank for the short period I planned on. Situations arose and had unit for 7 mos. Every time I went to use the storage site, the area was always clean.. I think that the best feature of using this site was its manager. Because I didn't set up autopay, Tammy always gave me a call to remind me to submit payment. She could have probably let someone forget and get hit with late payment charges, but she looked after her customers. If I need storage space again, it will be at this site. Thanks for all you do Tammy.

This location on Reavis Barracks is well worth spending your money on. Not only are the units clean and dry, the person that I dealt with, "Tammy", was very helpful and really knowledgeable. You can tell that she was very concerned with making sure that we were pleased.
Very friendly staff. Even with the first snow of the season, the staff was able and willing to get us checked in and taken care of. Also, I would like to add that for the size of storage unit we got, it was by far the cheapest in St. Louis
We have been at this facility for a few years. The units are clean and easily accessible. Walt took care of us this past visit. We were switching to a larger unit... He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the experience as easy as could be.

I was in a pinch to find storage between houses, I called the 800 number and that began a wonderful experience. They were so helpful and answered all my questions. Then I missed my appointment, but Tammy understood and was able to hold my confirmation for another day. When I went to view the facility and sign the paperwork, I was so pleased. Tammy knew everyone that came in by name and greeted them instantly. Very hard to find service like that anymore. Definitely go here for your storage needs.
I was looking for a 10x10 Storage locker I first went to the ground was location but they informed me that they did not have any 10 by tens. They referred me to this location. Upon arrival I was helped by Tammy. Tammy was very helpful and kind.
