Not the best location . Lockers are run down and no lights even though there are lights . Generally there is no on site help have to call another location for service of any kind.

Yes, st.Ann location the Girl is never at work Always have an attitude. Never answer the phone, Came to remove my items 3 times, with there lock, but like always no one is here
Had my stuff in storage no problems at all, very nice attendant that made a delicious smelling roast when I came in...lol..I recommend this spot if you need storage space.
This place is a dump! Huge potholes everywhere, junky cars and trash all over. They raised my rent three times in a year. The employees are really nice, but nothing ever gets done with the lot. Do not recommend at all.

I do not recommend using this storage facility all of my belongings were ruined in a flood and even with flood insurance they are refusing to pay me anything for my loss. The workers are super rude and unhelpful and the insurance is a scam to get more money from you. I would give negative stars if possible and am recommending everyone go to an inside facility for your personal items safety.

Good storage unit. It's not easy to get to.
Courtnee was very excited professional and is always there to help when anything arises. The office is clean as well as the property. She makes sure the property is safe and clean. And I feel safe keeping my stuff here!!
Have to buy their lock, but if you need help with it you have to wait at least two weeks for an unspecified date when maintenance will be by. If I'm on my own WHY can't I use my own lock? Weak.

I contacted public storage, St Ann location was closest but to my surprise Courtnee was AWESOME, got me a great deal on the size I needed, unfortunately I realized I had more than I thought, she was more than happy to show me more units and moved me from one space to another, she was such a big help, I'm now happy with my space and location, not to mention the perfect smile Courtnee has for her customers as you walk through the door. These aholes tried to raise my rent almost 30% overnight "with 30days notice" and for what? Did I get better service, more cubic feet? These are the worst aholes. I moved out asap in <60 days. The worst in self storage corporate greed. stay away from self storage if you can. One of the best scams in the universe. Lure, trap, lure, trap. FU

We sold our house before the new place closed and I needed three units to store everything for about a month. Courtney made everything easy and was always helpful with information. She returns calls promptly and is very professional. At one point there was a mix up with some of the charges and Courtney stayed on top of it assuring me along the way it would be fixed. And indeed it was. Great experience.

Courtnee is hands down the best employee here. She goes above and beyond to help with the many questions I had and did it with a smile. She explains things clearly, politely and with a genuine positivity that’s contagious. If you need to get a storage unit call courtnee because she will track down the best pod finale option for you without hesitation. Employees like this are hard to come by, the management team needs to recognize a long term asset when they have one
Are you kidding me, I was told $45/mth on the phone for monthly rental and then got here and was charged $15 for insurance which I did not want!
I like it because it outside and u don’t have to go up and down a elevator.

Wouldn’t dare rent from them EVER again and I don’t recommend it to ANYONE. If you absolutely have to, rent for one month and get your belongings out, ASAP. They definitely try to pressure you into buying their expensive lock when you can get a lock from Family Dollar and be just fine.
This is a great facility. I have used storage units in the past, and this location has been the best. Clean, great location. I feel secure knowing my belongings are safe. Kenny is super friendly, helpful and professional. He is the main reason I am referring an elderly friend to store her belongings here before a move.

I'm very sadden that this place sold my unit.... Called and called no answer left message no call back. Went up there to find out who bought my storage unit because I had all my pictures of my kids from newborn till now. My dads army stuff and his ashes... I lost my whole life. To the person who bought it and couldn't see maybe they would want these items back shame on you... I could live with my self without trying to reach out to see if they wanted pictures of their kids, ashes of there parent... They said they would get ahold of person who bought the unit but THEY LIED!!!! ITS A SHAME A MOTHER NOW HAS NO PICTURES, BABY BOOKS, ASHES OF THERE DAD!!!!! HEARTLESS HEARTLESS PEOPLE

I had never gotten a storage unit before this. It was a pretty scary thing at first. We went in expecting the worst, and weren’t sure if we would even feel comfortable leaving some of our more “priceless” items in a storage unit. Thankfully after only a few minutes Amanda had us feeling comfortable and at ease. We are so glad to have space to park our cars in the garage, and we have peace of mind thanks to Amanda.

Great place to store your stuff
I had two lockers paid in full for several months with personal photo equipment in them. On the word of an unknown person, they cut my locks off and gave access to an unauthorized person whom I do not know. When I called the lady was completely rude and obnoxious. If you have anything of value, don't leave it here.

They had said being a day late or so was no big deal. But when that day late came, they took everything. Please do not rent from these jokesters.

Chantel was great. Upbeat..Honest....Customer Service Oriented. Helped me secure a storage unit in the SNOW. We all know how cold it was Saturday and she went above and beyond. She was not supplied with a shovel ...but removed the snow with her feet so that we has PLACE FOR OUR BELONGINGS. My Father was very impressed as well. She needs a raise and a promotion.
