RENT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.. It is not a secure facility - Had a vehicle stolen from the paid parking and the management is clueless - No working security cameras or gate. Apparently, the gate is too expensive for them to fix so they aren't bothering with it. That would have been nice to know before signing a contract Smh

If you read the reviews, most of them are posted at least 5 months ago, or more. I found out in a rather insidious way that Second Attic is now Simply Storage. My original contract was through Second attic, and neither company notified me of the change of ownership. My old contract was supposed to be automatically debited from my account - which it was up to 9/29/22. I take full responsibility for not looking at my bank account, and assuming good will on either company's part that they'd notify customers of new ownership, price changes, etc. They did not and now the new Simply Self Storage wants to stiff me with a whopping $704.00 bill!!!! After shifting through emails, mail, etc., I could NOT FIND ONE NOTIFICATION of a change or contract, although the new manager claims they did. Proof??? It's amazing that once I informed the manager about not being notified, I've started receiving calls, mail, and email - proof that they've had my info the whole time. After being upset about the whole ineptness of Simply Storage, I informed the manager I would pay the $584 she told me was due by the 2/1/23. I called to verify the price, only to be informed that there's another $200 for processing!!!??? WHAT!!!??? I'm now waiting on a call from the corporate office and plan to pursue any legal action I can take if this isn't rectified. So far, this company is ripping people off!! Whatever merger they had with Second Attic was obviously not handled well. All the manager could say was that she "heard" the mail in Overland wasn't the best -

A 4×8 costs $78.00. $78!!! The gate rarely works. Random people walk around trying locks. The people are disorganized. This place needs to just be torn down. Response to owner. This is a great way to act as people aren't your customers to get out of bad reviews. Please check storage # 559 that pays your outrageous fee. Look at the name on that card. Am I a customer now? Or are you going to act like bad reviews aren't customers. I mean great business tactic but wrong for the people who would want to know.

First impressions are not always best. And resolution is a huge deal. After speaking with management and working out some details I definitely needed to update my review. I have had several more interactions with the manager and found her both helpful and responsive. I am currently storing here and will be for a while. The problems I had were addressed quickly and personally and I appreciate the service and level of concern

I have had many storage units over the years and this is by far the best. Best unit best experience best staff just the best all around. The on-site manager is a doll and really cares and will go the extra steps to make sure that you are a happy customer and satisfied with your total experience. Having an on-site manager adds a level of security as well so your belongings are safe. They are a couple of bucks higher than some others around town but I didn’t get near the personal service, caring, or security that I have here I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Prices are high

4:30 pm and door is locked and no one here even though they’re supposed to be open til 5. I guess it’s hit or miss here. I am trying to sign up for storage as a new customer but unable to do so if no one is here to show me the different options (I am a visual person so I do not want to sign up online). They did at least try to call me back a couple times at the end of the day and the next day but I needed a unit the day I went.

Very safe and clean.

This is my second storage unit I have rented from Second Attic and I really love the convenience of the location. Zhas, one of the property managers, has been wonderful and helped me navigate my first time renting a storage unit! The two units I have are clean and there's always somebody there if I have a question and if it's after hours, they get back to me promptly. Prices, I believe, are the least expensive for our area and you get great value. Second Attic is nicely spaced out and never crowded. I have always been able to get in and out quickly!

Great place for those on a tight budget. Well lit, Safe and Secure and Centrally Located too. Zhas was Kind and Helpful, and she even offered me her Umbrella, as it was Pouring the day I moved my belongings there. I feel very Good about my Life's Keepsakes being stored there. A place that has a Caring Individual in their front office, means that Good People's "stuff", will be Safe. Otherwise, Good people wouldn't work there🤗 I Give them 5⭐'s

So far so good! I rented my unit online, which was super easy and convenient. Zhas gave me a phone call after I was done online and went through some additional information with me. She was very pleasant and helpful. I stopped by that day to get my key, the premises was well kept and the storage locker was perfect. I'm looking forward to storing my extra stuff here - it's close to home and work for me.

I showed up at 8:05 on Saturday morning, ready to rent a 4x8 unit. There was only 1 employee so I had to wait 25 minutes for the very slow and not very bright CSR to babysit them. They do the standard lie and dont advertise that you have to pay $10 a month additional fee. I came back to put items in storage Monday morning, and the gate was not working. 2 phone calls went unreturned. When I called again on my way home, I got a dingbat, who was not "physically on property" but assured me the gate was working. I would suggest deeply cutting the pay of your morons and hiring twice as many to deal with your customers and to have someone on site. Would NOT recommend for any reason.

It's OK for short term (year or less), otherwise uou run the risk of mice getting into things and ruining them. Just my observation.
