Great deals and a friendly staff.

Was a bit confused when I arrived didn’t know I had to go into what I thought was a storage locker but was a hallway the friendly staff helped me out no problem and my personal items are safely stored

Great location, very clean, manager Chris is the best!

I have been using this place for a few years.. the lady that runs the place is so polite, nice and helpful you couldn't ask for a better person!!

Update: 04/13/2023 The district manager for this facility called me today. He is checking into why there was no lock on my unit and refunded my money for this past month, as well as, also replacing my lock. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this situation. And appreciate the timely consideration of the district manager with this issue. My lock was cut that I PAID $20 for, AND NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT SAY THAT YOU CUT LOCKS!! YOUR COMPANY LEFT MY STORAGE UNIT EXPOSED TO THEFT AND SOMEONE WAS INSIDE MY UNIT BECAUSE THE CUT LOCK WAS LEFT INSIDE THE UNIT!! No other company owned lock was put in its place either! I tried several times to make a payment online but it kept declining my card and I called and spoke to someone about the issue before the lock was ever cut back in March! I moved out of state and therefore was unable to in person make a payment until April 11th. I’m extremely upset about this and will be leaving a negative review online and social media!

This place is a rip off, sold a unit from under me , after an agreement on Price and time, I took a larger unit at the same price, two months later they Jacked the price up fifty dollars, and basically dare me not to pay it. No one is to blame, when will it stop

Searched online for something close and cheap. This was it. Did paperwork and paid first month online. 4 hours later, I showed up with the 1st load. The code they sent me opened the gate. Broke the seal on the door and found the new lock in the middle of the floor. Very easy. Only complaint, I think I should have got a bigger unit.

I have been a customer at this location for years! Great place, clean and secure. Manager Christine is top notch! Her customer service skills A plus!

Easy access for even large truccs 26-28th

While the manage of the complex was nice and helpful....NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We rented from them almost 5 years ago with the teaser rate for 6 months. They have subsequently raised our rate $20 per year (FROM $149 TO $285). They don't care at all about long term customers...they're only focus is GREED. To top it off, we're finally moving out and our closing date is on the 1st of the month. As they bill you on the first, there is no prorating of your payment. They charge you the full amount for the month. Again NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY (I'm being kind just calling the a company...a lot of other names come to mind).

I would definitely recommend anyone to this facility christine is great and I have a unit there and she is so helpful her customer service was excellent an very polite to me and my husband I just wanted to say a wonderful experience we had thank you mrs Christine your customer went well and beyond thank you very much from the ingrams!!!!!

Just so people are aware. When you rent a storage here and come in under a promotional storage fee. Don't let that fool you. Beware it will change every 6 month because mine has.. I was at $114.00 now I'm at $159.00.

I like Public Storage. They have a great manager. I will always pick Public Storage over the other storage places.

I would not give them a 1 but I have to in order to write this review. I would NOT recommend this place!! For over 4 months, I have been trying to get my bill correct; which is their error!!! It has not been corrected yet...I have left messages for the manager, the regional manager but NEVER get to talk to anyone!! She, Ms Geary, has called me 2 times and left voice message both times but then when I try to call her back - NO ANSWER again!!! Save yourself the headache and DO NO PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD DEALING WITH ANY COMPANY

My wife and I just leased a storage here, and Chaz Lee’s customer service was beyond exceptional. He was very informative , polite and personable. Prior to reserving our unit, a previous worker failed to mention all the extra fees required when she called to verify. However, Chaz let us know everything up front. We look forward to having business with this particular Public storage after working with Chaz!

The manager was cool. All the extra fees were explained nicely and I had no coils with them. Space was ready and service was fast.

They were ok as far as a typical storage place goes BUT BEWARE of there advertisement "first month free" it's not free. They have several hidden charges as well as if you start on March 25 then you only get 5 days free.

I went to public storage today and had a wonderful experience. I was very pleased with “Chaz”! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about things that I needed for my move. Although I shouldn’t be renting for very long, but I will recommend this place to others. If I ever need storage space again, I will diffidently use you guys. Thanks for hiring such pleasant workers.

As I was attempting to vacate my storage unit i had accumulated quite a few empty cardboard boxes. Not knowing that I-could use the facility dumpster I jus happened to see the assistant manager Preston come to check on my progress and he said, "don't worry about that, " I will take care of them for you." what a helpful young man i was prepared to take them out to a dumpster somewhere, which I said as he came by. to reassure him that I was not attempting to leave such a large mess. He said, "I got you i will take care of it for you," quite a relief. i was so thankful. "considerate.

Went by the office to discuss a couple things with Preston. He was VERY helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Preston and Christine have been very helpful. Customer Service is clearly a top priority. Love this place. Been using place for 6 months or so. The manager is awesome and very accommodating and will do whatever it takes to help and i mean she goes above and beyond her scope of her duties.

Christie management at this facility is tide and neat. Follows the rules but does assist above and beyond her duties by simply providing guests/renters possible/ reasonable solutions to many problems that arise. Such as searching phone numbers, website address, local options for disposal/or donations of no longer needed or wanted items, posting sites where one can sell locally and earn a little cash, and even gave me a tip on what was locally available for ways of filling my belly. Coming from California and being new to the Bridgeton, MO and surrounding areas she not only provided me tips on places to eat and go, she was the 3rd person I dealt with the day I arrived. She listened when I was frazzled, tired, frustrated, and just needed someone to listen and care. She's amazing. She has her days but truthfully ladies which one of doesn't. We all are a little hormonal....shhhhh. Seriously, the two prior dealing were rude crude and had no sympathy that I was dirty tired frustrated hungry needed a shower, sleep, and storage. My suppose to be landlord to be was a crook, the temporary solutions for immediate living was the most god awefull hotel called THE LODGE MOTEL in which not only did I feel dirty getting outta my shower that I did going in but, wasn't going to leave all my belonging to be toted off by the not to lurking individuals in their lobby and rooms so I needed storage and now. Now of course the Indian speaking individual who was all to smiley and untrusting had no idea where I could locate a storage facility. " Cause he wasn't from around the Bridgeton MO area". My all to loving hubby looked at me shook his head and took 3 steps backwards and just sighed. I cleared my throat and with a bit force and a hint of anger I stated you don't live around here, really really, then how do you get to work everyday. Oh let me guess you fly in on your bin laden air cruiser and parachute in every morning but wait how do you get back up to that cruiser do you have some sort of injection type of device in which to beam you up packi. I was told to return key and leave. My hubby is dragging me out front door while trying to apologize. Buckles me into car and as we are leaving hotel what did I see a freeking fu#@??> huh what ... you guessed it, Storage facility and that's where I met this angel of the day Christie.....trust me she was a god send that day. Thank you Christie. FYI maybe I should of asked mr paki does he get frequent flyer miles cause how could he miss that big old orange sign everyday…he doesn’t know….pshhhhit. I can honestly say that today was a very hectic day but after going to Public Storage things just got a little bit better ! I am in the process of moving and also in the process of reorganizing my closet as we know those can be very tough things to do but Shaneika was EXTREMELY helpful today! I purchase a wardrobe box and a quick pack and because of my experiences I will be back soon as I'm done unpacking.

the stars are for the property manager christine - the only employee in the place with a pleasant helpful attitude! 5 requests to get a door fixed went ignored until i contacted christine and is the only employee of the place who showed concern over a leaking roof.

Christine, the manager onsite is wonderful. Very helpful, pleasant. The property is very clean, easy to get to, well lit. This is our second unit, we have been renting for about nine years and we have had no problems.
