Ary has probably been 3 years and is always happy and asking if you need any help. If you need anything she always has the answer. She provides the best service.

I had a really bad experience at another location in terms of my safety and my belongings being safe. Not here! I have never felt like I was vulnerable at this location. * The other location was in an area where people other than renters could access* Ari and the others have always been present, proactive, and reliable. I had one unit outside at first, that was a not so good choice for me ( liquids freeze) and when a unit inside became available they were quick to inform me and I was able to move units with no problem. The inside facilities are prefect, temperature regulated, automatic lighting, and several doors to access each section * which is nice when more than one person needs to get into that section. I had a situation where my door locking mechanism came unhinged and was fixed as soon as I notified them. Seriously, like immediately. Pricing is good, the rent does increase every few months, based on market rate. That took me by surprise, but the increase wasn't substantial, so it was okay. The app is the only area I think could improve, after it's last update, it glitches often when opening the gates, sometimes even requiring me to restart my phone. But that's not a location thing. After having to do a quick exit from the other location, I was nervous about going to another Public Storage facility. But I haven't regretted my decision at all. I feel my belongings are safe, I feel when I'm there at 6am or 830pm I am safe... oh and they installed exterior cameras since I've been there too... again adding to my sense of security. Would definitely recommend THIS location!

I have a unit at the Commerce store. The system was down today, so I was sent to the Hudson road location. Haven was amazing. She was able to help me with my reservation, even though it was at another location. I'm so happy she was able to help and give me a sense of peace over the matter.

Ary Miller did a fantastic job yesterday. I went in to get a second unit. She explained my options and the end result was a larger unit for a few dollars more. Thank you Ary for your knowledge and a great experience.

I will say over the past few weeks they have literally gone out of their way for me, and I have had plenty of issues to deal with. Great staff. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing to store something.
