The manager Ben has excellent customer service, he was extremely helpful and made sure all my concerns and needs were met, he’s super kind and very professional, he deserves a raise!!!!

Jeanette is so amazing I have talked to 11 people and in second she has totally executed my problem I had with getting I had no idea what was going on with my account trying getting frustrated considering my whole thing with getting a storage in the first place because I I'm looking for a place to stay I don't have any extra money to pay fees that are accumulating while I'm trying to figure out what's all the fees for she's amazing she smiles she has a great attitude I will be going to that location from here and out and I live about 30 minutes away and I must say Ben the district manager he has answered the phone for me every single time he would say how he would and could do all he can. NEGATIVE NOT TEYE! he made me pay the only $200.00 I had I was living in my car and shelter for a bit only to get the little money I had to hopefully save my storage…that’s hurtful to myself and my children lost everything I mean everything I paid so much money Over time the shelter Dakota woodlands by the way is a bad place to get help. No help abusive takes your income not a good place the shelter that is gas well great attitude he also agreed to help with my situation. Liar We lost everything customer service don’t help either so horrible to rent from GO ELSE WHERE OH YEA AND ALL OR 1/2 of my things were ruined anyway from being cold and animals and rats all over everyone’s storage get the inside storage places you will pay for things that are all damaged if it’s there long enough to all with respect just wants thank you to all so so much thank you so much.. you guys way to go teamwork makes the DreamWork. Lacking all that’s needed…sucks shit it down scammers prices change every 2 weeks..

I came to Minneapolis for the weekend and needed somewhere safe to keep my boat & it was super easy to check in, the reason why I was so impressed to leave a review is I forgot to cancel the monthly membership and when I canceled after they already charged my card, they returned the money. I did not even ask them to do this, it was very refreshing to see a good company like this

The price was amazing and the booking process was so easy. I was able to do everything online and when I got to the storage place I figured it out mostly on my own without asking for help. It did take me a minute to figure out how to use the code and the button and the elevator situation but we got there. They have carts to use to haul stuff which is a lifesaver. I like the location right off of 280 It's easy to get to parking is super easy. I was able to pay for a lock the insurance is added on unless you want to show that you have your own. Units are climate controlled. I have a 10x10 and I don't like to pack my storage units because I want to get in and move around and that size fits all my camping summer winter gear art stuff a little bit of extra furniture, bikes, a lot of extra clothes and it was $10 cheaper than a 5x7 unit of the other places I was looking at. I did go in and ask about pulling into the offloading section and getting out of the gate and the girl was super friendly and explained to me how it works. My only complaint is I have the app and there is supposed to be like some beacon that allows you to open a gate from your phone but it does not work for me. It just always says out of range. I don't really care because I just punch in my code (and you'll punch in your code a lot but it's for security purposes and once you get The hang of doing it over and over it is seamless).

Positives: Great customer service. The person who helped me at the front desk was very helpful. Negatives: The price was way more expensive than advertised. There are also rarely enough carts available for hauling which has been a bit frustrating.

The best staff. Always friendly and helpful. I wish they were open later but it’s way better than others!

After being frustrated with my storage rate going up over the year that I’ve had it from $70-$152. I simply called to ask how much notice I had to give if I was going to move out of my unit and possibly to another storage facility… Jeanette (sp??) Went above and beyond when I only called to just ask that one question and hang up. Jeanette not only answered my questions but she was able to help me get a new storage unit for $67; the same size and at the same location. All I had to do was switch from the unit I was currently in to another one. She could’ve just answered my question and hung up, but she took the time to understand what was going on and what was important to me/my needs. She even let me take a day or two to think about it but put notes in on my account if I decided to go with her suggestions (which I did). Let me tell you, she was SO helpful and went above and beyond that she actually made me more upset with how poor of customer service I received later in the week from a bank I was dealing with. As I left Wells Fargo I was thinking, “They need Jeanette here because she’s helpful and cares and these women are the complete opposite!!!!” She even went above and beyond at showing me the new storage unit during a downpour. I know I am a customer who has only had a couple interactions with her, but I will be a reference for this woman because she knows customer service. Any company would be lucky to have her working for them. Public storage, you better give her a raise. Or let her run a property. Because she’s a good one, and you are lucky to have her.
