She knows how to help recommend different storage solutions and tips on moving, packing, and organizations to help. The units she showed me were spotless and have true climate control. The online rental process was a bit confusing for me. I called the call center. The woman was very helpful. I was still concerned about the insurance issue so I went directly to the storage site and spoke with the representative there. This person was very friendly and extremely helpful, clarifying some misinformation received from the call center. This particular facility is very clean, bright, and comfortable. The space I chose is perfect for my needs. Easy access to the secure facility for tenants.

I tried Public Storage for about one year as I was in the process of renovating our home. Location, price and Service was excellent. The place was exceptionally clean and the Service and return calls by Angie were superb. Thank you so much to Angie. I’m keeping my lock/keys as I expect to use them again in the near future. No issues with the climate control during different seasons.

It was ok untill 8 month in we pulled out our boxes and bags out and they were wet.. they immidiatly stated they had construction and it was from summer construction. Well our things were in storage from June aka summer start. They could have moved us or offered compensation but no they chose to get giddy about this. If It is from so called construction. Wet spots on the floor wet walls are in the photos. Extremely not happy with this.

nice place, staff is really good. wish that contract pricing was an option so rates didn't jump around unexpectedly. intro rates are good but rates hike up every 6 months. if your a loyal customer, it doesnt matter, your worse off. new customers get better deals just to get them in the door, then stuck there paying more and more every 6 months. good for short term, bad for long. do i really need to move out and in again to get better pricing? restablish myself as a new customer?

The positive: The facility is about 4 years old and very clean. There are up to four heavy duty moving carts near the loading bays - I have usually had no wait for a cart. The staff have all been very pleasant. I have moved out after three years. A few issues reduce my rating: 1) There is rarely anyone in the office. Need to call, leave voicemail, wait for callback, and arrange an appointment if needed for vacating unit or other issues. 2) The loading bay has two lanes. The entrance door on one side has been out of commission for many months. The exit door on the other side has been out for about two months. This limits the number of renters that can access the loading bays, and makes it impossible to pull through with a trailer. Office staff say “the parts are on order”. Unavailable parts for a four year old door seems very unlikely. Management decision to delay the repair expense is most likely. 3) The rent is increased rapidly, and penalizes long term renters. In the first 27 months my rate for a 10 x 20 unit went up four times, from $119 to $215. The same unit is available today to new customers for $126, with first month at $1.

Storage itself is very clean and the climate control is great. It's also very easy to sign a contract online and start using your space. However, one of the two garage doors had been broken the whole time I've rented and I've never actually seen anyone in the office. I have stopped by on multiple occasions wanting to move out (which you have to do in person) but the office has been locked with the lights off every time. I eventually found the move-out date feature on the app, but there was still no one in the office on that date. I've tried multiple phone numbers as provided by the site/the building but have gotten nothing but voicemail boxes.

Convenient, good price, that always clean.

I have rented a unit here for about a year and the experience has been great! Facility is clean, safe, secure, well-lit, and easy to access. It was fairly easy to reserve the unit online and the unit was ready for check-in on move-in day! Staff onsite are extremely professional and helpful..... special shout out to Angie and Cindy who helped me out today with the checking out process....they showed a lot of kindness and understanding!!! Keep up the great work.....highly recommend.

Angie was great in going through the unit!

Door is always locked and people are rarely ever visible. I knocked a few times and waited in my car. I was about to leave when I finally saw someone walk out of the employee area. I had stopped by multiple times on different days so i couldnt close my unit and had to pay a fee. They dont prorate the fee either. $130ish down the drain. They just hang out in the employee area with the doors locked.

Dean and Angie are knowledgeable and were both.extremely helpful to me. They went above and beyond to make sure my first time experience with renting a storage unit was a good one. They were very personable and friendly also. I was very impressed.

Facility is new, nice, clean. DO NOT PREPAY FOR YOUR UNIT. They do not issue refunds for any "overages". Otherwise, well priced and located.
