So I just want to give a big thank you to Forest, Gwyneth, Alina and Chris at the Bloomington locations. There was a glitch in the computer when I first started trying to rent and these four individuals gave me personal attention and solved it with a positive outcome. Employees like this are hard to come by so Public Storage should applaud all four of them for their dedication to customers. And I hope to see them in the future as I come and go for my storage unit.

This location is very well run. I have tried to use the one on the other side of 494 and they were nothing but trouble. The first year the entrance codes didn't work. They did get me in, but made me late. The second year, again the entrance codes did not work. When I went to pick up my car, I had to sneak in behind another customer. Get my car and sneak out behind another customer. The third time I tried using them I called, to make sure they would be able to let me in. They assured me they would meet me at 2 p.m. No one was there. I called every half an hour until 5 p.m. There was no response. I was forced to use a different parking provider that costs me more money. This location was awesome. The got me signed in, the codes to get in worked the first time, and I didn't have to meet with them to get in at all. Everything was super easy. I was setting up my solar panel to charge the battery on my car when I am gone, and in my rush to get to my hotel I left my keys on the seat of my car. I had left already by the time I realized what I had done and called them from Mexico. Dean was super nice and went to my car, locked it, and put the keys in the office. I will see, about how I need to get my keys back, but so far, the location has worked super well for me.

I have been renting this place since about June of last year and at first you know a storage unit Is for a sudden move you just put your stuff in and it’s something quick and painless. But for others like myself, it’s a place where we put antiques things that we are going to be holding onto for a long time keep sakes so we want our treasures being taking care of And Eve Is definitely someone who’s given a personal touch To a business that rarely sees it . She treats this place as her home She’s always around And tentative to every customer who comes in making sure the gate codes working that there’s no trash lying about and that everybody is in a good mood. She always greet you with a smile and she is someone who has kept me here. I live in Minneapolis so there are A few places closer to home but because of how well she does, I have decided to stay here. Linda whose patience , understanding & kindly manner had always led with her client driven assistance. So many issues with paying from Canada as the company would no longer take my CD credit card or allow payments online due to having a postal code rather a zip code…And this was after at least 15 years of storing with them where I was always able to do both previously. So Linda & then Nicole both went out of their way to make sure I could pay because it cost me late fees otherwise. Bless you two very mych for your caring ways!
I'm sorry it took me so long to let you all know how much Eve has bent over backwards to give me the ULTIMATE in Customer Service!! At first, it was hard to get things going, but when I actually got a hold of her, she MADE SURE EVERYTHING was BETTER than right!!She even convinced e to add a couple of months which I hadn't planned on doing, but it's such a good deal, she made it worth it!!
Had a issue with was supposed to be put in one unit that I did online that was taken it did get switched to the new unit I placed my belong in the new unit only to go back a few weeks later my lock was cut and replaced with other long story short someone else had to fix the mess that was made by the other property manager But ERICA FIXED THE PROBLEM SHE WAS VERY PATIENT UNDERSTANDING AND MADE SURE THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED SHE IS REALLY AMAZING THANK YOU ERICA YOUR THE BEST
