Really happy with the service there, I've recommended this facility to a few of my friends already

clean and easily accessible with reasonable pricing

The price I pay is good. But the hours I'm aloud in the facility. Are for people who work from home. Not for people who work from 9 to 5. No bathrooms and for customer service you get a robot. Yes I can email. But emails some how don't arrive or you can't send.

I had signed a rental agreement but was ultimately unable to rent from this location due to the likelihood of needing earlier access hours than are currently allowed. Jessica's incredible service resulted in me not being charged for my own mistake. I regret not being able to rent here due to the location, cleanliness, and service. I hope in the future the window of access hours will be expanded. Regardless, you will be in excellent hands should you be lucky enough to rent a space with Jessica's support.

She was there to greet us, helped us upgrade to a larger unit as we desperately needed, showed us where to find the dolly to help ease our move in process and even called us when we didn’t properly lock our unit all the way! I’m very grateful we chose this location.

I don’t understand how my rent in a year and half started from $70 to $173 now I am moving out as soon as I get back to Minneapolis period.

Avoid renting a storage space at this location at all costs! Place is unsafe , dirty and there is typically an issue with the garage door and elevators . There is rarely someone at the office on site and it is extremely difficult to contact them at their ‘sister location’. In addition, my space recently got broken into with at least 25k on stolen items . I reported this immediately and was told the ceiling would get fixed to avoid any further entries . However five days passed and nothing was done therefore had to take a day off and move all my remaining items . There is zero support and I have yet to hear from the district manager which I have contacted multiple times. Filed a police report and working with insurance in hopes of recovering some of the loss. By far one of the worst experiences!

I've had a unit there since August of 2022 and have had no issues until today. I walked into the building around noon to find garbage all over inside (looked like someone moved out and just left all of the garbage). When I went downstairs to my unit, I found multiple addicts wandering around dazed. It looked like they had just done Fentanyl, as one them was basically frozen asleep standing up. It felt like a scene from a zombie movie. I understand it's a little tough in the city these days, but it'd be really nice if they at least had some security there during the daytime hours.

Hours are unreasonable. The garage door is broken and they refuse to fix it. When I called to report, a representative said "yeah it does that." When I asked how they could help me since I was moving something out that was too big to fit through the door, the representative's response was "I guess you won't be able to move it out today." Absolutely ridiculous. No one is ever in the office or they are not able to be reached and countless people live in this building. Do NOT use this storage place.

TERRIBLE customer service take your stuff elsewhere !!!! They have charged me for September and are continuing to charge me for future months despite moving out in August and handing my keys over to those in the office! I cannot get ahold of the property manager and my calls never get returned, no matter how many voicemails I leave. Do NOT rent with them unless you want to be trapped into a lifetime subscription!

Excellent customer service. Everyone there was extremely helpful, and kind. The 425 Washington location is all self-service and my storage garage didn’t have a lock when I got there, but the other facility is just a block away with a full service office. Jordan stayed late to make sure I was all set up. The virtual customer service reps were also very helpful and the self-service kiosk. All in all, good experience so far.

If I could give it negative reviews I would.

The unit I just moved into has visible rewiring because it has been broken into (the ceiling of some units is just wiring so thieves just need a ladder and wire cutter). I don’t feel safe with putting any thing of value in my unit. The floor my unit is on is also 88 degrees, and made moving in the summer the unit twice as difficult. It is advertised as climate controlled. The other floors had working AC but the third floor didn’t, and I asked someone moving out about that and they said its always extremely warm on the third floor and he also was broken into. Very sketch and maybe paying more for a lower floor that is climate controlled and has a completely closed in (not a wire ceiling) unit is worth it. But I did not get what was advertised and am extremely disappointed.

He talks very well. I understood everything he said. HE WILL make this company proud. There was a gentleman there who help me with the kiosk, he gave me a tour and showed me how to get to my locker. He kind of on the thick side. African American gentleman

Access hours are terrible and the garage door has been broken for at least a week, so our stuff is stuck in the unit until further notice, even though we came with a moving truck to get it all out. Take your business elsewhere if you are able, every time we come here we get frustrated by something that isn’t working as it should.

Had a driver/employee named Melvin ego trip on the road in front of our business and hold up an entire road of vehicles because he refused to give a UPS truck room to move through and he refused to back up when he was the only one with space.

I have video footage of Lisa the disrespectful lady who locks the office doors and sits on her phone, going off on customers for public storage’s faults. They do not take care of ice causing slips and falls. They do not have karts for items. They block the garage door closed so you have to use the small entrance door for all your things and most things do not fit through that. Traumatized by this experience! Currently being harassed by a mentally unstable lady that works here named Lisa. Do not go here for storage. Do not go to the sister property either! I was told by the corporate office to call the district manager after speaking with corporate office reps and he has not returned my call.

Horrible customer service. Cant get into unit after 5pm. Mind blowingly stupid. Also did not recognize welcome offer and charged full price. Get storage somewhere else, garbage company, garbage location.

It's a great place! The hours are inconvenient for me, but I make it work.

The time they closed is when I get off and the day is cool around that time . On top of Carts when I need one and the unit I got is a service elevator don't work.

Called and spoke to Sharon who is rude and could not or would not give me specifics on climate controlled units. Moving from a 4 bedroom house to an apartment until we move overseas and need a long term unit. Sharon was very unprofessional and curt. After explaining our move she asked me what size apartment we were moving from. She did not listen and sounded like a prerecording. I am hoping to speak to property manager and have a better experience. She basically told me she could disconnect the call because I asked her 3 times to define what climate control meant as we have family antiques we want stored to be safe from humidity and each time she said antiques would be fine in unit, never answering my questions. Asked what the temperature in summer and winter we're for the units. She could not answer. She sounded preoccupied so I thanked her and I will call manager later. Being there are many other places to choose from, she obviously could care less about customer service or maybe they do not need more business. Regardless, shame on you, Sharon!

Don't go here or buy insurance the employees steal from your storage my whole lock was gone they lie and say it was someone else then when you file a claim with orange door insurance company that they own will deny your claim ( may have to get an attorney if my things aren't replace) still waiting. I will post an update!
