Met Erica the new property manager and what a breath of fresh air. The place both outside and in is cleaner than it has been in recent months as they went through a few mgrs that didn't stay or didn't make the cut. She was managing multiple locations today, quite busy as you may imagine. As busy as she was she took the time to help me solve a very time sensitive issue. Literally stopping every thing she was doing and got me squared away. Best property mgr they've had in quite some time, she's just what this property needed. Like I said at the beginning of this "what a breath of fresh air".

It's not cool that all the snow slid off the roof in front of the door had to shovel way in to building way to long to dig through 8' wide 4'deep wet heavy snow took over an HouR got stuck inside the gate and could not get out there is a camera there watch the tape that's all I'm aloud to say !!!

Randy was a great help adjusting previous mistakes made by the company (i.e Public Storage). I never got my price down to the original advertised price. However, Randy helped me knock off the price increase that the company (i.e Public Storage) added, after I politely asked several times to review. Incredibly frustrating experience with several different agents. Once I accepted that I wasn’t going to win I took what I could get. Thanks to Randy, I got the 20% price increase removed, and now only paying what I originally did not agree too, along with a month with price increase and a $20 late fee. Randy did his best but the company as a whole needs some work.
Imagine you walk into chipotle they tell u it’s $8 for a burrito. They try charging you $15 for said burrito, when it says $10 right on the menu. So you talk with them about why they would even advertise the $8 burrito and if they would honor their word. Then, they proceed to an extra $2 for not paying the $15. Then when they realize their faults they charge you $17 for a burrito just once with a promise it will go back down to $10. All the while it should’ve been an $8 burrito.
