Horrible experience ! Unit of 8 years always paid on time broken into through unit next door over 9 thousand in tools stolen. Police responded took report but actual office on site can not even return my phone call about what happened or when it happened? Do not store anything you actually need or care about at this location.

This place is a bit old. We rented a unit online and when I check it out, the inside walls were cardboard and there were holes everywhere. I did not feel comfortable leaving my stuff in there, esp because we had a mattress to store. We canceled the unit and went to the Public Storage down the road.

I am so impressed with Public Storage on Bowie Road in Laurel, MD. I purchased/reserved a storage unit on line a few days ago and was scheduled to move in today. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel the storage unit because of a family emergency. After explaining my situation the Manager/Sales Representative Aaron was able to refund me the entire amount that I paid. In times like these...Aaron's customer service was greatly appreciated. My family will definitely be using this storage facility in the near future.
