As soon as I walked in I was greeted with courteous staff. As I took the tour of the building I noticed that the units and building as a whole was immaculate. I've been using storage on and off for about 25 years and have never seen anything cleaner. The terms and prices are reasonable and fair. I would recommend ezstorage to anyone for their storage needs. Chase and Sheree are the best!!!🤩

Not a convenient location off middlebrook and wisteria. Not enough carts for loading and unloading. Elevators need maintenance bumpy ride. pretty safe place to store ur stuff tho.customer service no smiles, no greetings, usually only one person there.beware of specials price goes up after 3 months mine went up extra 30 dollars.

The service here is great and the place is so clean
This place was really cool. I've never rented a storage unit before so this was all new. These were indoor climate controlled units. Best for electronics, heat or cold sensitive stuff. So with our sudden move it was the best place to put all our keyboards, synthesizers, and instruments. It was recommended for things like photos or tech. My vegan leather jacket and art supplies or my partners kilt stuff. It was a comfortable temperature. Probably in the 70s. It wasn't cold but not hot. We rented a 5'x5' and it was a bit like a big metal closet. But perfect for the stuff we needed as they were a bit expensive. We brought a metal shelf we had so that just made the space easier to store more stuff. You needed the app or your security code to go up the elevators to the units. They had big wheeled carts available but if someone is using all of them you just wait. It was super hot outside the day we moved our stuff in so it was well nice inside. There was an on-site bathroom in the office that was really helpful. They had bigger units available. The only issue I had was I got it on the last day of the month and they said they'd prorate it so it would count as the payment for the 1st of the month. That's when the rent is due. Cool. What I didn't know was to do that they charged me for that last day of the month. If I would have known obviously I could have just waited the less than 24hrs to rent it on the 1st. I don't mind paying it, it's just it would have been nice if the person on the phone or the email could have let me know about it before I got there with all my stuff. This size unit was nearly $100 to move in and with insurance will be about $58/month after. They give you $5000 of insurance for 30 days then it's $19.99/month after.

The office manager Sheree went well over above and beyond to explain the necessary information I needed to know about my unit. She truly was amazing. Nice, patient and extremely solution oriented. She really made me feel like she was working with me. Instead of making me feel like I was getting on her nerves because she had to do her job. It’s people like Sheree and her amazing customer service skills that makes me almost want to shop in Walmart or want McDonalds working to finally get that $15/hour.
But then…I called back to speak with Sheree again but someone else picked up the phone. She was the complete opposite of Sheree. Nasty attitude, rude, she even hung up on me. I can’t even lie, I was upset at how this person who wasn’t Sheree was talking to me.
So I called back, guess who answered? SHEREE!!!!! And she was her same self still. Nice, patient and solution oriented again. I told her what happened and by the time we were done talking about it, we were laughing about it.
Sheree if I could vote on you to be president I would. This world NEEDS people like you. We need more people like you everywhere. At work, at home, at school, at everywhere! Big ups to you Sheree and major shout outs to you. I hope this referral brings you a 50k bonus.

What a crazy facility!!
I'm all for extra attention to safety & making sure your belongings are well cared for but come on now!!!
You must input your code outside at the door to get in. Okay cool no biggie I'm game for that as all places have it.
You then must Input the code AGAIN on the wall just to call the elevator down & once it comes it takes an eternity long 3½mins of eardrum screeching & piercing from the alarm that still doesn't stop until you finally start moving up in the elevator.
Let me remind you that NOWHERE in the facility does it state the instructions on how to get from the outside of building to your actual area. So unless you've been lucky enuf to have an employee tell you this you're on your own.
We hadn't visited the unit in quite a few months & had it not been my Mom's glancing at her bank statement to see that even though they'd downsized from the largest unit to now the smallest they'd been charged over $100 more this month.
At this point they have after doing a through look thru if bank statements charged her more every other month up to this last month where the fees have officially gone up by $158 for what is the smallest unit they offer
