Great place clean environment and amazing staff!

Just closed out my unit been here for a little over a year the property was clean and the staff was excellent.

This place is infested with mice. I went to my storage unit to find mice poop everywhere. They never sent any notice or an email about it. Avoid this place at all cost. My things have been ruined.

I wish this was where my storage unit was located. Melissa was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. My unit is another state and I'm going to eventually move the items out of it but in the meantime I needed to make a payment in person and the other site didn't call me back on how to pay. My mom passed away in March so I was trying to hold on to the unit until I was able to go through all of her items in the unit so this situation was already stressful enough because I had lost my job and had just started back working. I wish more people were as warm, kind, empathetic, and compassionate as Melissa is. I want her employer to know that they truly have a rare gem working for them; to treat her kindly and give her all of the promotions because she is so deserving. We found out per the notes on my account that I could not pay with credit card or debit only money order and cashier’s check. Melissa was able to direct me to the nearest post office to obtain the money orders needed to pay my balance. She went the extra mile and that's rare nowadays that someone does that for a customer without being prompted to do so. Make sure you all cherish and treat Melissa well because she is rare and needs to gets all of the accolades that come her way! Bravo Melissa!

DON’T! It’s a shell game - I started at $148 and within a year after their “market price adjustments” it was nearly $300! Really deceptive.

Good location, close to DC in beautiful Brentwood, MD. Melissa provides top-notch customer service, and the units are clean, dry, and well secured. The online system makes it easy to reserve a space and the app allows for seamless entry and exit.

Well they have a bunch a mice/rats. Just know that mice will be in your unit. You can smell them on certain floors. A gaggle of them seemed to chew thru a brand new chair (see below). It’s unfortunate because I think I was storing there for about three years - started off with rent at around $120 and about time that I closed out the unit it was pretty much $300 a month. They could have at least subsidized my unit since they little friends was living in there. There was also rat poop - EVERYWHERE!

This place is terrible the public storage in beltsville is way better

I pay $1000 per month for two storage lockers. When I have a question, I expect someone to answer the phone. It's disgraceful and down right unethical for you all to not offer any discounts for senior citizens. I'm sure seniors comprise a recognizable percentage of your business. What happened to corporate citizenry? Most of us are on a fixed income.

I have used this facility for many years, starting when it first opened as EZ Storage. The service was great. Since Public Storage took over, Malissa, who still works there is the greatest. I have never had negative experiences there.

My experience with Public Storage was GREAT!!! I have 2 units and my first interaction was seamless with the app and my second experience was with Melissa! She was extremely helpful with my second unit and made my move so much smoother.

Mice poop everywhere in my storage room. I do not recommend their place. SMH it’s clearly rodent infested. I don’t even have any food in my storage room so I hate the fact that they are all on my stuff pooping on everything smh

Attendant was very rude! Sat Aug 19..parents trying to pack students up for school coming from out of town and this young complaining about every and anything.. But other staff was always polite

I made a reservation online for a 5x10 storage unit. This property called to confirm my reservation TWICE and I did answer to confirm my reservation. I tried to complete payment online prior to my arrival only to be told that the unit has been taken by someone else. What is the point of making a reservation then? This goes against the very definition of a reservation. It shouldn’t be called a reservation if someone can take the unit I RESERVED anyways. It should be called a raffle instead. I am moving from nyc and imagine if I didn’t check my reservation for the THIRD time before move in day? The only solution from customer service was to make another reservation, and I wouldn’t be able to keep the same rate I locked in for my original reservation. This was a big waste of my time. Please don’t waste yours as well. I will be looking for a storage unit with another, more competent company.

I came in to get information about renting a 5x5. Pari was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me 2 different units on different floors, and explained the lease in detail so there wouldn’t be any gray areas. Wish this location was closer to my home because it is clean. And management is very professional. I decided to go with a location closer to my house though. Thank you again Pari

Horrible customer service,Very unprofessional staff members and the manager is no better, They entice you with free things such as locks etc., or cheaper storage rates if you write a Review! Which there are pretty much asking you to lie for ratings. They need training on customer service Immediately!. Very unprofessional!

I've got a grudge with this place. First, I had to argue to refund a new lock since my move in date was delayed by their elevators being out of service. They don't have stairs. So I had to get someone on the phone to authorize it. Second, I had moved into a different unit to save money. The first month of the new year, my rent becomes WAY more than it used to be in my old unit. Finally, I vacated on the last day of the month, set my move out date and everything, and I'm still being charged a balance of a new month. AND ANOTHER THING, they have three hand carts for the whole building. So you better be ready to wait for one forever.
