Had a storage unit for about 24 months. Initial rate of $107 doubled to over $220 in that time period.i had rented the storage unit for my daughter’s wedding gifts and some home items with approximate worth around $3000. When moving out we discovered dead rodents in the unit and that they had damaged about $1500 worth of items. When I asked manager about whether or not they could help with recouping some of the loss from the rodent damage, I was told that they couldn’t do anything but that I could file a claim with my homeowners insurance. Very disappointed with the lack of help considering it was rodent damage. Anyway I’m glad to not be getting price gouged any longer. Hopefully if you rent a unit there your items won’t be damaged by rodents.

I really appreciate the gated access, bright lighting, and climate control—it gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe and cared for. Moving in was easy with the carts and elevators available, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the rates are compared to other storage companies.

I'm not happy at all with public storage. 3 appointments were NOT kept to help check me in, so that was 3 days wasted going there and waiting for someone to show up . Furthermore, the unit I had RESERVED was not available !!! Then they wouldn't honor the internet quote on my reservation ! I did go ahead and rent a unit only because I had arranged for help to move .
By the way, if you are considering using this particular public storage, the is no light or electrical outlet in the unit or outside of the units.

I am truly unsure how this property has so many good reviews. We have been using this location for 5 years now and we have had one bad experience after another. Not only are the prices OUTRAGEOUS but you're paying for the bare minimum.
We are a non profit organization - although we don't expect any kind of special treatment its still interesting how differently weve been treated by different property managers. Because of our needs and how we operate we used to have 24 hour access to the property (we were given this from the beginning). They then stopped that and at one point in time and tried to "lock" one of our fosters in the gate for being past 9pm. We've dealt with flooding in our unit/moisture and rodents quite heavily from the beginning. At one time, there was a gaping hole on the side of our unit where mice where getting in ....the solution was tape. After addressing this - they finally fixed the siding. A discussion was had to have an exterminator come out so we gave them a key to our unit - till this day it still hasn't happened. Last month, we received ANOTHER rate increase notification for almost $500/month! Not only is that GOUGING but as a non profit its just not feasible for receiving the bare minimum.
We are in the process of moving off of the property and planning to get our unit cleaned out asap. Because we are unable to use their dumpster (it stays locked) which is WILD TO ME. You pay $500 a month but cant use the trash bin? What's it even there for?....We were going to rent a dumpster and have it hauled the same day but was immediately told this wasn't something they allowed. Once again we hit another road block and have to find someone to specifically haul junk

Prices change with little to no notifications. Dumpster is always locked behind a gate and can never get a hold of anyone to open it. "Let's help keep this place clean" sign is ironic if I can't even get to the place to put trash.
Was told the dumpster isn't for our use, only the facility. Skip this place and go somewhere cheaper and provides full services. Mary is still great though.

Nice place but BEWARE. They constantly raise the rates. This review does not reflect my experiences with on site employee's who have been great to work with but their hands are tied. It is because of the company's business practices.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the convenient location. However, upon viewing the unit in person, I realized I needed a larger climate-controlled space. I reached out to customer service to explore the possibility of transferring to another Public Storage location that had a suitable larger unit available (since this location only had 10x20 units left) or obtaining a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that neither option was possible. Consequently, I decided to take my business elsewhere, where I wouldn't face a charge of over $100 to move into a larger unit, and scheduled my move-out for this location.
I would have happily stayed with public storage if I could have just transferred to other location that had what I needed in the end or was at least refunded to be able to redo my move in for the new location. Unfortunately they didn't work with me.

I need to get a second unit that is located near my current unit so I stopped by the office and Mary was great. She found the 2 closest units of 2 different sizes and drew me a "map" to show me where they are located in proximity to my current unit. She was very, very helpful and nice, too.

The worst storage place ever. Some locations are better than others. But overall it's a racket. 7 days late, late fee. 14 days late, they charge a lien fee for an attorney. 20 days late your lock is cut off and more fees. By the 30th they've already assessed the value of your locker and auctioned your belongings. No 1 on-site more times than not.I would recommend anyone besides this rip off company.
