The ladies offered amazing service and were very helpful. I recommend this facility over the rest.
They consistently raise the rates by at least 20% after 6 months, then another 20% every year after. $37/ mo for a 5x10 when I moved in early 2022, then the rate went to $87/mo and I couldn't afford it anymore.
I was picking up items from a storage locker auction, and Allyson made the process incredibly smooth. She was highly efficient, walking me through every step with clarity and care. What stood out most was how she simplified everything, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Her pleasant attitude and attention to detail reflect a level of service that’s rare to find. I highly recommend this location because of her exceptional service—Allyson is a gem!

Decent storage place, no real issues other than communication. The first issue we had was that they broke our lock because break ins were happening although our unit was not affected they still chose to break our lock before calling and asking. Second issue is the rent of our unit doubled in price unfortunately and we were never notified. Can never reach the office by phone.

The manager Samantha was OUTSTANDING! I was in a little bit of a spot, moving to Louisville and being told by my apartments that it was going to be an additional five days until my unit was ready. I got there just before close and she did everything she could to help me out, and I appreciate it so much! People are the most valuable resource a company can have, and Samantha is DEFINITELY one of you valuable resources!
Samantha was completely AWESOME !!!! I booked online, came in to check out unit. Me & my husband realized it wasn’t big enough for all of our stuff !!!! She cut right to the chase, found me an available unit that was BIGGER & wasn’t much of difference we had to pay for the upgrade.
