The self-serve rental process was very easy and I was able to start moving things in the same day on a Sunday. The app is good and I never had access issues. Derrick in the office was always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful if I ever needed anything. Vacating the unit was also a smooth process. Appreciate a good experience from beginning to end.

I'm from California, and having to deal with multiple storage companies and the prices getting raised after 2 months or so, this company (Public Storage) has been incredibly affordable, helpful, and if I need something considering my unit, Rick (The Manager) has always been there to help without question.
Mary (The Training Manager), is a doll! Never a day goes by that she doesn't have a smile! Every time I'm leaving, I get a smile and a wave when I'm heading out.
