Sarah was amazing! She was very friendly and willing to help.
Liked this place at first.. they have carts you can use to move your stuff. Until today I come to remove my things and there’s a lock on my storage from them and the employee is sitting outside waiting for her boss because she has no keys to get into the office let alone remove the lock. I proceed to wait for over an hour, and her getting an attitude when asked for an ETA because this will be the only time I can get my things out before paying for another month. Who comes to work with no keys to get into the building etc? Unprofessional.
Prices increase near 400% after 3 - 4 months. It is cheaper for me to store my boat near a lake with cover storage than it is in an open parking space here. If they would have increased by just 100%, then I probably would have stayed.
It's a nice new place. They're only about 1/4 full of parking spots.

So far, so good! Renting was easy and as subscribed. My lock was in the unit on move in day as promised. As long as I get my ap to work, entering and exiting should be a breeze.
DON'T DO IT! THEY JACK YOUR RENT UP AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS! I just got a notice that they were raising my storage fee by $35 a month and I have been there less than 3 months. Looked online and they will keep raising your rate because they think you won't move out. Sorry, Will be pulling my stuff out by the end of next month. How worthless can you get!

The lady was nice and the facility spotless but we signed up for the 1st month only being $1 but you actually have to pay $60 with all the fees, it’ll be $75 for the 2nd month, and then $85 for the 3rd. It wasn’t explained well until after we signed up and then got a bill for the 2nd month. We left the office believing we’d paid for the first two months rent, which we had talked about in front of the woman but she didn’t correct us. We’re low on money and saving up because our house is about to be sold out from under us leaving us displaced, so we were excited about the deal. Kind of frustrating that the $1 for the first month is a scam, all the fees don’t even make it 50% off the first months rent. This is 100% false advertising.
