It was a breeze to rent and access my storage with public storage. They even called a few days later to ensure that things went smoothly and to see if I had any problems or questions.
I paid for the space and had my stuff moved in, now it’s a week and a half later and they tell me that my payment didn’t go through. Mind you my stuff has been in the unit for almost 2 weeks. Called them after receiving a voicemail about “an important matter” and was told I owe the move in fee on top of a bounced check fee. When I sounded a little frustrated Anne decided she wasn’t going to deal with my “attitude” about my personal belongings and hung up on me then refused to answer the phone when I called back. Now I am going to lose several items worth more than the storage unit cost me because I don’t have the money to pay them because I was under the understanding that it was paid for since they allowed me to move my stuff in. I would never have used this company if I knew that this was going to be the outcome. I’m currently couch surfing and already had nearly all of my stuff stolen, which isn’t their fault but this is a very big issue that they do have control over and I’m now out of everything I own because of it.
Senja tremendously helped me out today due to the wrong unit giving to me prior . He got me into a bigger space with no issue . Great customer service , I really appreciated his help .
Kelsey H was very helpful at the kiosk location. She helped me with the gate issues and made sure I knew how to get in and out. Her customer service was absolutely awesome! She did such a great job! And being nice and knowledgeable goes along way with me! Thank you Kelsey!
Today I got locked inside the gates for 15 minutes at 5:58 until someone over the phone could figure out how to help me out. This place is unrealistic if you have a job, my cost has doubled since being here, my unit has been broken into twice and no one has been to fix the light in my unit since reported 3x this year.
Believe the reviews. How do you expect someone, working a 9 to 5, to spend their only 2 off days getting to their stuff. The sign on the door says 6am to 9pm, but that's only to get a unit. So I can get at unit after 6, but can't access it? Do yourself a favor and go to uhaul. What a joke.

you can only go 6 am to 5 pm or 6 am to 6 pm even though it says 24 hr access. the only 24 hr access you get is to a kiosk that does nothing. plus they force you to buy a $20 lock. definitely not worth it. also you wont notice until its too late but the admin fee is non refundable

Has 24/7 access to just the kiosk. Just because it says 24 hour access doesn't mean you get that which they offer, and make sure you have extra money for a lock they force to provide because "not every lock will work on all the storage units" which when I seen the latch system and how it works. Yes. Basically all of them don't need a cylinder lock and basically all the locks can be used on all the doors. This place is mostly a joke.
You can expect to have the fence cut, your unit broken into and for them not to care. Customer service is non existing at this company. One thing you can count on for sure is continual rate increases.

Do not know where to start…. My gate code would not work and there was no manager on-site during business hours. I tried to call and could only get voicemails, again during business hours. I was never able to move into my unit let alone see it and now I’m getting the runaround over getting my refund. The craziest part is the non-refundable admin fee??? Not sure what that’s for considering no one was there to handle basic administrative tasks. PLEASE save yourself time, money and frustration do not use public storage. From the customer service line to the site employees it’s a mess. Avoid this business like the plague.
Follow up…. Received a call from the manager who promised to provide a full refund and was apologetic the the experience. Updated to 3stars for prompt follow up and resolving the issue
Last follow up. Received some of my money back but not all of it, back to 1 star. Not worth the headache anymore.

Do not rent from this Public Storage! The property is not secure. I was cleaned out by a thief that simply removed a few sheet metal screws to steal my TV, PS4, games, shoes, etc…

Don't like how I was told can't be in storage unit after the front office is closed. So say if they close at 5pm I can't go get something at 7 pm they said cops would show up .
This property is in disrepair and I would not use again but the manager tries her best. PS needs to renovate this property. The manager is nice.
Thank goodness ms teresa came to pay my bill an she taught me how to use the kiosk she was such a great help an made my day with that smile an giggles thank you for all your help
