Every site is so understaffed there's hardly anyone in the office. People in the office are also no longer trained to be able to do all the tasks required of a storage worker. Opening a unit should not require 3 phone calls, other stores sending people over to assist, and then having to come back another day to get it done - simply because they're unable to do so on their own. Never had such a problem with storage, but as soon as Public Storage tool over this location from a family owned business it's steadily went downhill while the rent prices rise. Definitely not worth your time, money, or the hassle!

This place is in a rough area. The prices fluctuate often. $21 then to $47 then to $81 in one year for a parking space. Very disorganized company. They had a glitch and called me 20+ times every month for three months.
Please be careful with this one. Had a bunch of stuff stolen recently, definitely an inside job. no camera footage, no gate activity! Gave me a month free but no where near the amount of things that were taken. Stay away!!!

First of all the on-site manager was wonderful. Called home office in the beginning and was given conflicting prices and considerations for rentals. Was told I would be able to get the discounted price for the length of my lease. The manager said no that's not accurate they can raise a rent whenever they want. Went online to register and you have to buy their insurance Yes they said you could opt out but you had to first sign up for it. You have to go on site to get rid of the insurance or and show them proof of your insurance. I felt like there was some shady business going on I didn't like the fact they could raise my rent anytime they wanted to. I found another place to rent.

Purchased some appliances that I needed to temporarily store for less than 1 month until we moved. I chose this location initially because of the positive Google reviews and the competitive quote I received from their website. The lady in the office who helped me rent my unit was my only positive experience. She was extremely helpful and informative. However, my positive experience ended with her. The quoted price from their website does not include the $19.99 lock fee plus they $15 monthly insurance premium they require for each unit. After emptying my unit, I then made 4-5 different attempts to cancel my rental agreement at the office. However, no one was ever in the office during their stated business hours. I also left several voicemails and never received a return phone call from the property manager. My rental agreement was eventually cancelled after the online customer service agent I reached out to sent the property manager a notification. I will not use Public Storage in the future.

So I guess I was leaving in a rush and didn't secure my storage unit properly and I got a phone call from Bob who had politely made me aware my unit was unsecured. I couldn't find my keys to access it but he was so courteous and made sure to help get me a lock so that I could be able to secure my belongings. He had such great customer service and was so polite which isn't easy in almost 100 degree weather. I didn't know a better way to thank this kind gentleman for helping a sistah in this 90 plus degree weather than to let yall know how God blessed me and my family through a man named Bob today. None of my belongings were touched thank God as well for that. But God Bless you Bob. We need more ppl like you🤞

Horrible place of business EXCEPT MS TERESA SHE WAS AWESOME they double rented my unit and have been trying to stop off my entire U-Haul truck for two days now and no one is in the building to help took off work this time and still nothing ...they are paying for this U-Haul since we have had to keep this truck past the return time ...good units yes...but when it comes to getting any problems out the way the person literally living on the premises didn't want to help cause "it was too cold and she wasn't doing it ..." So AGAIN I SAY MS TERESA WAS A BLESSING AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET THINGS DONE...
